I cannot recommend this Bodyshop highly enough! After my car suffered damage in a parking garage, they came to the rescue with their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly attentive and professional. They took the time to understand the extent of the damage and assured me that they would restore my car. Throughout the process, Morales (the technician assigned to my car) kept me informed and updated on the progress of the repairs. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly set them apart. When I finally saw my car again, I was blown away by the flawless paint job. You have earned a customer.

Horrible experience. Owner Juan committed to performing repairs in front end damaged Nissan. He agreed to order custom bumper parts at a set price Parts were delayed in shipping and we agreed to paint existing parts pending receipt of new parts. Paint job was sloppy. Appears to have been done in a dusty area. Had to return to have hood refinished. Also custom part was ordered incorrectly. Owner claimed to have order correct part which never arrived. Called custom shop myself who said they had no such order on file. Owner Juan refused to send me order number and finally offered me cash for less that what the bumper cost. I believe this business Merlin and it’s owner Juan are dishonest, unprofessional, and sloppy and would NEVER recommend them. Keep away!!
