This company was recommended to me by 2 different friends so i decided to give them a shot. I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon. They called me an hour later with a diagnosis and pricing. Ended up being a high pressure power steering hose leak. They had the hose replaced and my car ready to pick up the next day. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. I've been looking for a local auto repair shop for awhile. And checked with BBB( Better Business Bureau) Mesa Auto Works had an A+ rating and family owned. I delt with Stan and he was very couteous and professional. He had the tech Nate perform a full safety check on my car and informed me on what services needed to be done now and what services could be done at another appointment.I appreciated he explained services in layman terms so I could understand. I highly recommend Mesa Auto Works to others for the fantastic services and great customer service. I definitely will have my car service here for now on.

I recently had an alignment done on my suburban. The first thing I was impressed with is when I called to get an appointment an actual person answered the phone almost immediately and set up the service. The alignment was done to factory specs and the vehicle definitely handles much better. The service was performed quickly and at what I feel was a very reasonable price. I'll definitely go back to Mesa Auto Works.

Mesa Auto Works was amazing! They fixed an issue with my car that I thought would've taken days with a dealership in under 4 hours. They were transparent about pricing and even brought out photos to show what was wrong with the current parts.
