I took my pickup through their car wash and got a bunch of scratch marks across the passenger side of my pickup. I do not recommend this place if you want to keep your paint in a good condition.

Not happy at all. The whole bank of my car was still first, windshield, rest window and mirrors still dirty. My car wasn't dirt to begin with, just a little dust and came out worse and further than it went in. The first wash her was great, this one no way. I'll never go back, I don't need dirt run into my paint. For $25!! I'll just wash it myself

First time at the new Metro in Hayden, ID. Very clean. Vacuums plenty strong. Employees very polite and helpful. The car was very clean. Overall a really good experience! I will definitely be a regular.

This is a really good car wash place. I went in with my Honda CRV looking disgusting from all the snow and salt. I haven’t washed it in three months anyways you just put your car in neutral hands off the wheel and they wash guide your car is it a nice clean fast wash and then after you can vacuum just so you know FYI when you pull out the vacuum you got a pool kind of hard and the hose will come out.

The wash is pretty good, but the wax finish is the kind that makes it hard to see the next time it rains! As a business owner who has to pay for the magnetic signs representing my business i was bit upset when after numerous visits without issue, when my signs did come off during a wash only one was found by the attendants. Told that the other sign must've gone into their drain pit, which they only clean once per month - of course they'd just done it so i had to wait for a month before they would retrieve my sign for me. I told them the name and number was on the sign when they found it (no chance in losing the note paper!) After a month I finally went back in myself to get my sign which they didn't have. Well, it went somewhere!! Meaning they just didn't bother to call me, so i had to put out more money for new signs. It would've taken not even five minutes of their day to contact me to get it, closer to a single minute, but the time it took to simply throw it away was shorter enough I guess to make it not worth calling to them- it's not their money to repurchase the signage! Why should they care?? The irony of it all is after all the washes without incident, then the sign-losing wash, the very next wash the attendant took the sign off FOR ME and without asking.... just in courtesy! Why couldn't the other attendants have done this all along? If all their attendants had been so thoughtful as that one was it could've saved me a lot pf headache and loss of advertisement oppurtunity that might have landed me a client instead of costing me money because they couldn't take one minute out of their day! Great vacuuming with good suction and mat washing stations though. Still, just because of this lack of customer concern and the wax used that smears my windshield every rain thereafter has me chosing a different car wash if there's another available....

Better than the one in Post Falls, it didnt scratch my car. There is no prewash like you get get at mega clean in post falls though. I feel like pre spraying and a little hand brush does much better at getting the road grime off. Pricing is higher too but they have free vacs that have great suction and they are always on so you dont have to keep pushing a button. * I gave you a fair review. Dont ruin it by lying in your responce. YOU DO NOT have a human person at the start of your bay with a hand spray wand and a hand scrub brush. The only work your employees do is swipe my card and select my wash. There is no prewash here by a human. This entire wash is fully automated so dont let the owner lie to you. For trying to lie and claim you do a prewash and hand scrub before the wash when you clearly dont i will be removing 1 star from my original review.

I love the metro car washes in Kootenai county But a heads up on the one in Hayden. It has bent 2 new front license plate covers. Yes 2 Took first bent one off thinking or hoping it wasn’t the car wash. Bought another one and did same thing to front plate. Not happy about it About covering the cost? Well worth finally found the time to go to the Hayden Metro Car Wash over my are: bent front license plates. I spoke with Ron the manager. What a nice guy!! We discussed it. Takes time to adjust everything. He as willing to replace the cost of 2 plates bent. BUT he went in and brought me out and very nice, heavy plate covering Thanks Ron; will put it on and try it out!p Ron the manager was extremely Accommodating and a pleasant man!!

I first went to this location when it opened. There were still bugs on my windshield when it was done. They did send me through a second time, Still failed to get them all. I left thinking "well they just opened and are working out the kinks". Went back to CDA location where I've never had an issue. Gave this location another shot today. But nope, bugs still on windshield. Sent me again through a second time. I watched as the long things went over the windshield and noticed it doesn't hit every spot. Yep, still bug remnants. Didn't have time to go through a third time. The rest of the truck looks good. Back to CDA or Squeeky's I go.

See below for review edit: (read whole review) Metro overcharged my account 2 months in a row. I attempted to contact them many times as they requested and they never responded. I ultimately cancelled my membership very disappointed. After another 2 weeks my wife called and they refunded the money, but said I would have to pay the next month at full price because I cancelled my membership the same day the account recycled. To be fair my wife said she was nice, but?? So, I edited the above review which WAS 1 star, because their customer service manager contacted me. He said my email was put into a spam block so they didn't get them. Long story but he ended up deleting my extra charge and is giving me 3 months free for my headache and enlightening their system issues. All in all I'm glad he contacted me and I believe he is as well. Hopefully, they can fix some internal policy as well as the tech. My car really needs a wash! : )

Convenient location and great wash. Vacuums are good for a quick touch up. They won’t get in the cracks and crevices though… We are not a fan of the brushed car washes, so I ask the attendant to pull back all the brushes for my wash. Some brushes cannot be pulled back for example, the overhead ones. (Which is understandable.) Even with all the brushes pulled back, it still does a great job washing my car.

My family lives across the street and visit the Hayden location often. Both my husband and I have memberships, but I could care less about how well it washes my car or if it gets all the bug juice off. I keep coming back everyday for the customer service. Alfonso and Ron always greet us by name and make sure to always say hello. Thank you guys for being out there in the cold and hot weather making sure to always make us feel welcomed and always get our suckers!

Not happy! I pay for a multi-vehicle car wash monthly and over the winter I cancel it because I don't use it enough. But to my surprise when you cancel it even though online it says it's good to a certain date, as soon as you cancel it, it voids your barcode. I believe this is a very dishonest way to treat your customers. When I pulled up and told the guy it wasn't working the first thing he said maybe you didn't pay your bill. My advice. If your pass is good until November 17th then the barcode should work until November 17th. I'll definitely be looking for an alternative car wash.

All Metro locations have been keeping my cars clean for the past 3 years. The staff are always enthusiastic, helpful, and willing to assist with anything you need. Their consistency and attention to detail make every visit worth it. Highly recommend Metro for top-notch service and a spotless car every time!

I have the monthly pass and have upgraded to the new Graphine wash buti am thinking about canceling my pass. TheHayden location is the most convenient fore but this location always misses large areas of my truck. Having a black truck definitely shows off any thing that is missed. This picture was taken just minutes after going through the wash. Funny thing is the CDA location seems to always do a much better job. Whilethe pass is a good deal it's not worth having to go way out of my way to get a quality wash.
