Love this location! Tonya was exceptional. Outstanding customer service, explained assessment and recommended maintenance clearly, offered recommendations with my situation and goals in mind, didn’t charge labor on a fast repair, and applied available coupon automatically. Went in for an inspection, water pump, hoses, and thermostat, after the inspection they told us we needed shocks, and a tie rod. They got it all done quickly for us. We had a small issue come up on the way home with overheating, but they got us back in and worked on tryin to fix the issue, and ended up replacing the thermostat again under warranty, and got us back on the road as soon as they could, and made sure we were taken care of through out that whole process and got us a taxi to a nearby hotel, so we didn’t have to walk there in the dark. They were all amazing, and one of the best mechanics I have had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be back again. Thank you again to all of the people at silver dale Midas for taking care of us and our truck.

**DO NOT USE** This Midas in Silverdale performed a negligent oil change on my vehicle on January 3rd, 2023. The oil filter was installed incorrectly in my 2021 Chrysler 300 , causing my vehicles oil to drain from the filter while driving, which on January 10th, caused my vehicle to make loud whining and knocking sounds, smoke was being pushed into the cars cabin through the heater vents, very loud ticking began and all the cluster lights came on ( check engine, no oil pressure, etc.) then my car began to idle so low, shaking somewhat vigorously, it killed my engine. After taking my vehicle the very next morning to Chrysler Jeep Dodge to see what the issue was, barely making it there, they showed me the photos of what they found, the oil filter was loose with oil all over the filter, oil was spread from front to back of my car, the engine oil reservoir was empty and the oil dipstick was empty, and they notified me after the diagnosis that the engine needs to be replaced. However, after many conversations with the owner who was very unwilling, completely unsympathetic, who not even once said he apologizes for this mistake, who went as far to say, and I quote, "Do you have a friend who has a car you can borrow and I will pay them for it", will not pay for the negligent oil change and damages to my vehicle his business caused. The corporation cannot do much about it, which has now created a LAWSUIT against them and are currently in the process of being sued. As a past customer, who used to use them while I served in the Military, I HIGHLY recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They are crooks and are NOT for the customer or for quality, but for the MONEY & SELVES ONLY! **DO NOT USE***

The crew at Midas Silverdale is wonderful! I've been bringing my car (1997 Chevy Blazer LT) to them for service for about three years and am super impressed. Customer service is fantastic: friendly, helpful, and organized (they're always able to pull up my info right away and know exactly what work I've had done previously, so they maintain accurate records). Sean and Steve always remember me and my car! Beyond customer service, the techs and mechanics are well-versed in my car's specific requirements and do their best to provide OEM parts, in addition to taking excellent care of the vehicle. I always feel like they know what they're doing. Older cars are often harder to service because of parts issues and many mechanics aren't as familiar with them as newer models, so not just anybody will do. I took my car to the dealer fairly religiously for many years but now there are repairs they can't or won't make on the car (go figure)! Midas has taken excellent care of me and my car.

Our minivan had a dead battery ay the post office nearby. I walked in and asked if they could help. The friendly manager Shawn loaned me a booster pack in exchange for my driver's license. Our minivan fired right up with the booster! I drove back and returned it, and got a peek inside their shop too, it was very clean and organized, with vehicles in every bay. I asked the two techs about leaving a review and they were super friendly as well. Silverdale Midas has their act together, and this act of kindness helped me and my family out so much. THANK YOU!

Got an oil change and they said my transmission plug was missing. Bought a replacement but it didn’t fit. Bought one from the dealer and went to place it in the engine and the old plug was sitting right there smdh all they needed was a flashlight

This is my favorite Midas location, I am sure the other locations are just as good. It is in a convenient spot with food, and shopping nearby. I feel like the price is fair, and I trust the technicians with all my needs. I have never had an issue with scheduling, or any other details in service.

I made an online appointment to get my brakes done. The appointment was made at 1pm. There were two appointment slots and I chose the last one because I had just got off an 18 hour shift and needed to catch a nap. It said I would get a confirmation call within 30 minutes. I was awake for an hour and a half after making the appointment and received no calls. I took a short nap and then headed to the 4:30 appointment I had scheduled. I arrive and am told they had no appointments for me and asked if I got the call. I told them no and the guy said without the confirmation call they couldn't do the appointment. He also said that having an appointment at 4:30 wouldn't give them enough time to do the brake service. So, why offer an appointment at 4:30 if it's not enough time when I indicated I needed brake service before I even picked a time slot? That doesn't make any sense at all. I just wasted my time going there to be told I can't get what I needed done. Maybe if they had called within the 30 minutes that I was told on the website it would be they could have told me that time wouldn't work so I wouldn't have had to waste my time going there for nothing. They need to fix their online appointment scheduler and only offer appointment slots that actually fit the service being requested with the needed time to complete said service

I had a starter I needed them to put on my truck, and they did it no problem. Also had a vacuum hose to put back on my intake manifold. Told the folks in the front what all I needed done. They gave me my quote and I told them to do it and I’ll be back in later that week to pick up my truck. They called me to say the starter was done. I asked if they put the vacuum hose on, they said they didn’t. Told them I need it put on and they call me the next day to say they couldn’t find the connection. But they charged me an additional hour of service for something that was already accounted for in my original quote, so they double dipped time to fix something that they weren’t even capable of doing (I actually found it. $2.19 hose from Autozone and a lookup on a diagram).

You would think those small privately owned Muffler and suspension shops would be more willing to help out people with special projects, but it was mine that actually helps me out. They are willing to go out of the ordinary to help you do what you need to do. I needed some pipe band at a specific angle and they did it perfectly.

I had a good experience with this Midas. I made contact through the link in Google Maps, then they immediately called me to let me know when there was an available spot. Brought the car in and they had all the parts inventory readily available and knocked out my service in 2 to 3 hours while I waited. I am very pleased with the repair work, no noted issues. Lifetime warranty. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to the thieves at the dealership. The customer service/coordinator lady, Shawnie, at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Clean bathrooms. Free coffee. Comfortable chairs in lobby. Cupcake shop next door.

Nobody wants a flat tire, but when you do have a flat come to Midas Shawnie and Wyatt made my experience a lot better for me they closed at 6:00 pm but got me in and made sure I wasn’t stranded……you should definitely come to Midas. Shawnie made my experience so comfortable. I was able to purchase another tire n be one the road… thank you Shawnie n Wyatt I’ll be back to Midas
