Go see Larry and Rocky they will give you great service!! Very nice guys, they did everything they could to find me new tires (had two flats) and mine were out of stock! So they upgraded my tires no charge so that I could get my vehicle back quicker!

My car wouldn’t start because of the battery. I had AAA come and they gave me a jump. It was late at night and I drove it home. The next day it started up but I brought it to Midas anyway to have it checked because the battery was about a yr old. They tested it and it worked each time but to be safe they put in a new one at warranty thank you for doing a great job.

Car brokedown and went into limp mode on Rte 146 on Friday p.m. on my way home to New Hampshire. Midas has done good work for me in other locations so I googled to find one near where I was. I called first thing Saturday morning, had the car towed in by AAA. Rocky, Joe and the crew had me on the road by 3:00 pm on Saturday, in spite of the garage being very busy that day. I went to Midas for an oil change after my daughter visited for the same thing. As a female, it can be tough to get simple work done to your vehicle for fear of "being sold the moon", or being told you need a bunch of services done when you know what you need. Let me say that all such worries are gone! I scheduled myself for an oil change and tire rotation and I got just that and PAID for just that. I wasn't made to feel stupid, which has happened so much in the past! Prices were more than fair for same services in the area. These folks are great! Sending the whole family!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Midas on both the 2nd & 3rd of July. Both days consisted of the workers taking advantage and in lesser words scamming me. I went in for a routine inspection. My car is newer, I bought it from a Honda dealership and is in great condition. My car is finishing getting inspected when I see John W walking into the front of the store. I follow as my car is appearing to be all set. Once I get in there John tells me how my car has failed inspection. Which is beyond shocking for me. He explained I failed inspection due to the sidewalls of my tires “cracking”. We go over and look at the car and although it doesn’t look the best it is definitely passable. He then explains to me that if I go anywhere else without new tires I will fail the inspection since he already failed me. The hard part about this situation is Midas is one of the only company’s that can order my specific tire. I then am coerced into buying two new tires which costed me an estimated $300. John also went as far as to state that “ he wouldn’t let his daughter drive this car”. I leave the shop and speak with my mechanic and he informs me not only did they overcharge me for the tires but I DONT even need them yet. He said my tires could last me the rest of the summer. So I bring this information back to Midas the following day with my Father. We speak with John (the manager) and he is unprofessional. His tonality was condescending, and his ego was higher than the sky. He refused to refund me my full amount of $482, and wanted to charge me 15% which would be about $76. When I repeatedly asked for the owners information I was denied it and told I could call back Monday when Joe is back from vacation. I also want to add I brought my car to another mechanic and PASSED inspection. This whole experience was beyond unprofessional and unsettling. I will be calling back Monday and cannot wait to speak to Joe about my experience here at Midas. Edit: Midas is beyond petty and unprofessional. Since I had passed my inspection at a different establishment and came back for my return they reported me to the state as they were upset they had to refund me. I also want to state I was NEVER given a full refund!! They still owe me about $75!! I passed my state inspection, no surprise, but now it’s my turn to file a complaint, with the state and your HR team. You cannot sexual harass women and speak to us that way and think you’ll get away with it. Again, never shop here. They aren’t worth a penny. Nvm even a thought. Edit: My tires never failed inspection, at the other shop and with the state. I bought two tires from Midas when I first got the car. Please do not lie, if you cannot find the file it’s because it’s under my old number. I am sending my complaint into the state tomorrow, along with receipts, audio recordings, and a very detailed description of my time at Midas. I’ve already been in contact with your HR team, I look forward to resolving this matter as I was never refunded the $75 from my inspection. Therefore I never got a full refund, despite you saying I did.

I went for an oil change and one of the employee, Larry attended me. He was very thorough in explaining everything and was attentive to all my questions. I loved that they did a full inspection with my vehicle and showed pictures of what needed to be done or what soon needed to be repaired.
