I love this Midas! This team is incredible. I’ve been coming for YEARS! I’m on my third car being serviced by them and I just can’t imagine leaving (despite having an EV that has plenty of its own service stations in the city). I’ve never worked with a car service that cares so much about each person that walks in the door. They lead with kindness, empathy, respect, and transparency. I know whatever I’m being charged is exactly what it should be & I never fear being taken advantage of here. This Midas should be an example to all others about how to cultivate brand trust and customer loyalty. In my previous vehicles, this is the ONLY place I had positive experiences with oil changes. In my current car, the experience of getting new tires was painless and quick. Also, if you want to work while you wait they have free WiFi which is a nice touch. Zero regrets. The highest recommendation I can give. Collins is the GOAT! He’ll get you right & treat you right.
