Midas at 5618 Douglas Ave never ceases to amaze me. When I got to my appointment today, I was greeted by Hope. She told me that her team was running late and thanked me several times for my patience. My apt was at 8 am and when team got there shortly after, my car was done by 9. Kudos team of 2!! At checkout I was told about my car and services that should be done due to the high mileage. Hope didn't pressure me and was so friendly and nice! She gave me a discount for having to wait and a coupon for my next oil change!!! That is great customer service folks!!! Commendable Hope! Hope is down to earth, professional, refreshing, courteous and friendly. I recommend this Midas for all your auto needs! Always have and will. Thank you Hope for the wonderful experience and service!!

This midas is the best. Briar took great care of me! Great customer service. He was patient and kind dealing with my many questions. They got me in for an appointment right when I needed one, even though I asked for a very specific time. Got me in early. I’ve come here for years and I’ll keep coming here! Thanks ! :)

I have been coming here for a few years and they are always able to quickly and friendly. This time they worked hard to get our family car up and operating after the AC compressor failed and melted the belt. Gave me a faulty car battery. Argued with my bank over it. My car hasn’t run since then not even jumpers are working on this battery. I can’t even DRIVE THE CAR TO GET IT TO MIDAS TO RETURN IT. It was running better before this place touched my car. I will steer CLEAR of this place with my car, my friends will be avoiding it and anyone I know, I’ll be sharing my story on social media as well considering they scammed me out of 276 dollars.

Great service! 11/22/25 Came back again after the dealership stated I needed a bunch of things fixed and wanted a second opinion. Had to get an oil change quick this morning and they were amazing! I had to do some work while waiting and their wifi was great, lobby nice and warm and while I didn't partake in the beverages, they had plenty offered. No pressure with upselling the other items my car needed, just saved everything so I could come back later!
