I had a really good experience getting my battery replaced here. Car places can sometimes feel a little off like you’re not being taken seriously or you’re being sold things you don’t need. This was completely different. Danny (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) was super helpful, explained what was going on clearly, and went out of his way to help me. It was an hour before close and they still took the time to get me back on the road. I really appreciated that.

I’ve have had super reliable service from this Midas since I moved to the cities in 2020. They initially helped me with battery problem after problem, with kind and friendly service every time. They helped figure out the problem without making too big of a dent in my wallet lol. They are able to fit me in and get my car fixed every time. They even have a comfy waiting area! They answer any and all car questions and never hold back any information or suggestions, and always make sure I understand what’s going on with my car. They always make sure my car is good to go! They are even willing to work with me when I’m hurting for money, or help out with a rental if my car will take too long! I absolutely could not ask for better service and I hope to be able to come here for more years. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH, you are all awesome!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Christian, the service manager at Midas, and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, Christian greeted me with professionalism, transparency, and a genuine willingness to help. He clearly explained the work needed and kept me updated every step of the way. The team worked efficiently, and the quality of service was top-notch. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such honest and friendly customer service. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Love this place for either regular maintenance or unexpected issues. They don't try to upcharge you, their prices are fair, and they work fast. When our engine got flooded from heavy rainfall, they they got her back up and running within a day for $84. Saved us more costly repairs or even purchasing a replacement vehicle. We will definitely be going to this Maidas over the dealership. Would recommend.

Dont bother calling before wasting gas and time getting there, I was placed on hold 3 time for over 15 mins all 3 times before the call is forced to hang up. In my case this shop is the closest to me for what ill need done. Midas has never been a first choice of mine personally, in times of needs they'll always fail you. No hate or shade just giving my experience, it's really hard for me to publicly post bad experiences..

Midas is now my go to for all things auto care! In fact, I’d say they put the care in auto care, thanks to Lance, their service manager! Manage he does, with ease, an adept level of expertise, grace and efficiency I’ve never before encountered in auto care. Midas is a mind reader, as they sent me a flyer with a promo for $20 off an oil change, tire sale AND a FREE blue tooth speaker! How did they know I NEEDED an oil change?! I called on Friday, and amazing Lance immediately answered with his warm, inviting welcome. Boy, did he have his ducks in a row! He asked how I’d been and if I still had my Avenger. I was pleasantly shocked in a momentary reflection trance and advised him of the upgrade to my 2018 Lincoln Continental Select. The entire call was as pleasant and efficient as can be. He advised he would still honor the coupon, though Monday was past the exp. (10/31, appt. 11/6). FF to Monday and I’m pulling in the off street free Parking lot of ample size. The shop is open and bright, with windows from floor to ceiling on two walls, affording a casual, crisp, clean and inviting space for customer interactions. This is where I found Manager Extraordinaire Lance, manning his mighty crew as he greeted me with his warm bubbly personality and flawless pearly whites. Though he had a plethora of activities he was attending to (with the ease and efficiency only he could make look like a walk in the park.), he made me feel at home. Although he had a multitude of customers, both in person and on the phone, he navigated through the three customers and two customers quickly. A blend of ethnicities and multiple languages filled the room and yet he afforded each and every one personalized, genuine attention, yielding smiles around the room effortlessly. There wasn’t a step missed, although any layman would have been easily overwhelmed by the extensive amount of tasks he had to attend to (including the shop itself, orders, contracts, customers, billing, etc.), Lance made it look fluidly easy peasy! The waiting area had a variety of seating, allowing for individualized space, making you at home with a delicious donut shop coffee, or a soda should it tickle your fancy. What seemed only a minute later (maybe 3?5), Lance, the master of his game, was checking in with each customer before he called me back to the desk. I felt like I won the lottery as he apprised me with the best overview of my vehicle/service/rec’s ever. Lance even cued up a video clip to show the recommendations! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve never seen anything like it, nor had any experience in terms of auto care so amazingly detailed and executed to perfection. Although “just another day at the office” for Lance, he made the experience extraordinarily special with his efficient and personalized skills. He complimented me on my care of “Magnet”, an above and beyond measure he delivered effortlessly, with his bubbly smile, ensuring I had a complete and thorough understanding throughout checkout and, drumroll please… MY prize delivery! A VERY nice, good quality, one of a kind (kinda;), Midas Bluetooth speaker!!! I hustled out before they changed their mind;) Master Lance, expert customer service/care SPECIAList, putts the extra in extraordinaire as completed my visit with his magical dance and a few clicks, sending me on my way. Midas should be extremely proud of this efficient and professional crew, doing their job cheerily and professionally. Shout out to the integral captain rendering his craft, Sir Lance, the grease that makes the business run smoothly and creates loyal lifelong customer relationships unbridled in the industry. Yep, (Thank you Lance and crew!), it’s official, Midas is my one stop, without a worry or a care, auto care that expertly will be trusted with my future needs. By providing a seamless, efficient, affordable and personalized experience. Thanks to Lance and crew, you have a very happy customer, rockin’ their tune (thank you for the FREE awesome speaker!;) for many years to come.

Called and talked to Alex to get an estimate on an oil change. After finding out the price I was told “if you want it done today… you’ll have to come at 5pm because we are booked.” I processed to tell Alex that I’ll be there at 5 do the oil change. Mind you it’s 3:50. I get here and I’m told that there is no opening and I won’t be able to get in till next week. No communication skills with the team forsure

I have been taking all my vehicles here to get oil changed for the last couple of years. Recently I just found out that they are not changing your oil and just charging you. My other mechanic had to take off my oil solenoid and the oil was completely black and I just had it changed here at Midas on January 10th which I barely drive the van because it is a handicap vehicle. How sad is this. So I asked by mechanic why would the oil be black and he said because they never changed it they're lying to you.

Customer service was horrible. I took my boyfriend’s truck to get an alignment. He had made the appointment the day prior with what was needed. When I dropped the truck off I informed them to call me when the truck is ready to be picked up but call him if there are concerns with the truck. They called about an hour later. I missed the call. I called back about 15 min later the rep. Began to explain what the issue was. I told them to call my guy. They never called him nor did the call me back. Three hours later I called to check on the status they told me they couldn’t have a nice day you too have a nice weekend. See you Sunday.do the truck and the reasons why and that my phone was disconnects so they couldn’t reach me. I said that’s not true I talked to you earlier. I told them I was coming to pick up the truck. I got there the rep told me what was wrong I said ok thank you got the keys and left. Spoke with my guy explained what happened. He called they told him I came in the store and wouldn’t allow them to tell me what was wrong with his truck! Horrible customer service and reps. Lying I will never go there again.

Amazing. My dealer couldn’t get me in until end of March but experiencing something that could be dangerous. I called on Saturday morning, they said can you bring it in now, I said yes! Brought it in and they had it diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. Price was fair. Best service I’ve ever experienced.
