I am an actual ASE certified mechanic and shops like this cause people to distrust actual professional shops and mechanics. My girlfriend's friend was having some misfire issues and asked for an oil change, they held her car hostage for 4 hours pushing her to apply for their predatory credit options after her insisting she didn't want to. She was also subjected to listening to the manager whine about his wife clawing her way out of their marriage for a solid half an hour on his personal phone with 5 people in his lobby They had her car in the bay for an hour and a half and wouldn't share the "diagnostic" they performed until after she filled out multiple credit applications. To address the diagnostic... It took me all of 25 minutes to pinpoint her issue (ignition coils, spark plugs and a Scotch lock on a plainly visible ignition coil wire that was corroded) they provided a random group of parts they wanted to replace including the valve cover that was "grinding her spark plugs caps off" huh!? There were no external leaks on the valve covers and all ignition coils and spark plugs were dry....... There was no reason to replace the valve covers other than trying to milk their customers for everything they can get. When they realized they weren't getting anything out of her and she asked for her keys back the manager THREW her keys at her. Also Not to bring race into it but it seemed the only customers that were treated well were latin x. They were in and out in about 45 minutes without being accosted for unwanted services.

I highly recommend this Midas location. Since my first time coming here, they have taken very good care of me. Today I had my brakes and rotors changed, some fluids topped off and a tire patched. At one point the whole team was working on my car - great customer service! Augusto especially has been my go-to car guy, very knowledgeable and personable. Can’t recommend enough.

Stay away from this place. They tried to commit fraud on an oil change! I tried using their own coupon for oil change and they then tried to charge three times more by adding in “necessary” repairs, parts and more services! I said no other services - just the oil change. I don’t need or want any repairs. He tried arguing they have to do other services and charge for them. Like a tire rotation. No I do not want a tire rotation. I just want an oil change! I even made an appointment in advance which shows I just want an oil change. But no, this guy continued to argue that if I want the oil change, I have to accept the additional services and be charged for that. No, that’s not how services work. I ask for a service I pay for a service. You do not force me to accept additional services. This guy kept arguing that Midas can’t do just an oil change. You have to accept additional services with the oil change such as a tire rotation and adding windshield wiper fluid and a bunch of other additional services. And then they charge for parts and labor for those additional services. I just laughed at him and walked out and said I can find an oil change for 1/3 of the price and without being hassled for an upsell. Stay away from this place. Who knows what they will do to your car!

I visited to have my check engine light diagnosed and had the pleasure of working with Javier. He was able to properly diagnose and legitimately explain what was going on with my vehicle beyond just a "code reading". He explained to me in plain English what exactly was happening and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. He didn't try to easy sell me on parts that "might have" fixed it or give me a temporary fix. He also didn't go searching around for other things wrong with my vehicle to sell me on. He was professional and by far the best mechanic I have ever worked with out of any shops. I will be coming back with any future issues to work with Javier because I know I can trust he will take care of me and my vehicle.

I had a great experience at this Midas location. From start to finish, everyone was helpful, patient, and respectful. What really stood out to me was how they took the time to explain everything clearly, not just to me but to my son as well. They didn’t rush us or talk over us they actually explained why oil changes are important, what happens if you skip them, and how regular maintenance helps prevent bigger (and more expensive) problems later on. That meant a lot to me because they treated it as a learning moment, not just a transaction. They answered all our questions, made sure we understood what was being done, and never tried to pressure us into unnecessary services. It felt honest, educational, and professional. I really appreciate a place that cares enough to educate customers and help them make informed decisions. This place is a life savior!we needed our flat tire to be changed out with a new tire on the rim and it was late. It was around 5:45 when we reached the location and the manager Javier was so kind to not push me away for it being so late and close to closing at 6.
