Got an oil change here at this location. Dave, our service man, was EXCEPTIONAL in explaining everything that was needed on my car. He even gave me a modest discount and a free car rotation with an oil change ! Car was in and out within reasonable time! Highly recommended!

Dave & his team are stand up guys, saw them do this for another customer who they set up with conventional oil change as she wanted cheapest possible it needed full synthetic because year of car etc to offset cost they applied a coupon for the young lady to try and make up for the difference since it was their mistake even setting her up with conventional oil service. This spoke volumes to me & im glad I came here for my oil change.

We just had our vehicle fully serviced at this Midas location, and I have to say it is by far the best one we’ve ever visited. They always get the job done right. This is the only shop we trust with our vehicle. My husband is very particular about who works on our car, and when he’s not able to do it himself, this is the only place he wants to bring it. Dave and Lexi deserve a special thank you. They’re always attentive, reliable, and trustworthy. Unlike other shops that may overcharge or give you the runaround, this team treats you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly represent the store in the best way. We won’t take our car anywhere else.

After a quick Google search and a rejection from a local company that doesn’t service over 2000-model vehicles, I contacted Midas. I was greeted by Lexi’s friendly voice and assured my truck could be serviced same day. When I entered the building, Lexi and Dave provided excellent customer service care, insomuch that Dave dropped me off at the gym while my truck was being serviced. …talk about Customer Service!💪🏾 My 1997 truck’s brakes feel amazing! Clint & Dave are a cut above. My husband’s truck and my beetle both needed help the SAME DAY. Dave and Clint were so kind getting my bug in asap and even stayed late to let me pick it up end of day. The next day they ran tests and ended up repairing my husband truck with a battery when AAA told him he would have to buy a new alternator. Trustworthy, Kind, and Reliable. Amazing shop. Clint, Dave, and Lexi are all very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you have or quotes you might need. We took our GX470 there for a coil conversion kit installation and they got it done right away and it drives great. The technicians provide pictures as proof for everything on the inspection list good AND bad so you don’t have to worry about being ripped off if you’ve had bad experiences with previous shops. Will definitely be making this my go to shop moving forward and would recommend to others as well.

Just got my oil changed here and can't even say enough good things about my experience. The oil change was affordable. I had an appointment and actually got in immediately when I showed up at my appointment time. The lobby was clean with drinks and snacks. The chairs were comfy. They were quick but very thorough. My vehicle is old so it was no surprise to find out it needs some extra love and they presented all the things it needed in a very easy to understand, organized manner along with the price for each. Dave explained the needed repairs etc in the order of urgency so I will be able to prioritize them correctly in order to fit my budget. He did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty for declining repairs at that moment, which was very refreshing. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs, maintenance etc. as they seem very knowledgeable, trustworthy and overall just good people. I was only there maybe 25 min and when I left I felt like family. Doesn't get much better than that.
