Not a coordinated company. Crew members and managers Promise services at other locations that aren’t available, contradict their own explanations and openly state that they don’t repair their equipment for months. Local shops have wasted hours of my time lately trying to solve a problem. For what it’s worth they are fairly nice, however.

Tl;dr: They're nice, they won't price gouge, you can trust James. I came in not knowing what the caution light on my car was. I know, what kind of millennial doesn't know how to Google, right? But I was driving past Midas and figured I could just ask. James was so helpful. First, he didn't make me feel dumb, and he was able to get my issues sorted with less cost than I anticipated. He also took the time to let me know how i could prevent things in the future.

Midas has always done me great! They're very open and honest with what I need done, as a single mom they never try to charge me what I DONT need. Incredible SERVICE! I went in for a brake inspection. They said it might be 30 to 40 minutes. In less than 20 minutes, I was ready to go. They tech said not to worry about the pads, I still had plenty of life left as they were 8 to 9 mm thick. And for a cherry on top, Midas didn't charge me anything for the inspection. I will be going back to this Midas for anything they can help me with. Exhaust, brakes, oil changes, etc. Super-Highly recommend! 👍 😃 ❤️

They did an awesome job with my four wheel alignment, this is the second time I came up there the first time they informed me that I need front lower control harms, and actually showed me proof that it was bad via video recording. I would definitely recommend in this place for an alignment or any services that they have to offer great place and great people.

On 8/24/23, I brought my vehicle in for repairs at Midas in Huber Heights, Ohio. The service manager called me inform me that they found additional problems that needed to be repaired. I went back to the shop to see what the additional problems were and to authorize the additional repair. I noticed that the lift bar was placed on the rocker panel of my car instead of the correct lift point which crushed the rocker. I pointed this out to the sales manager, and he said that the rocker was plastic and would pop out once the car was lowered. The rocker on my car was steel and was crushed by their lift. Local manager said the district manager would have to authorize repair. I obtained two estimates. One from an independent auto body repair and one from their choice. Naturally, they picked the lowest estimate, which was $1041.00. I had a lot going on and did not have time to be without the car (they did not offer a rental car). and was not sure I even wanted to use that shop. I conveyed this to the district manager, and he said they would not pay me the money so I could do it later or at another body shop. Since I didn't want to accept their timeline and their body shop, the maximum they would give me for the damage they caused to the car was $800.00. I didn't feel like fighting with them anymore, as i had a lot of things going on in my life and after many emails and calls, stressing me out further, I accepted the $800 just to get it over with. I know I would have prevailed in a legal fight but didn't have the bandwidth to fight these people. Beware and always inspect your car after it has been serviced. I'm sure that if I had not seen the damage while the car was on the lift, they would have denied having caused it.

The auxiliary battery in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica went bad and I had to be towed by AAA. Midas got me in on a Saturday February 15th at 2:30pm which other places were either closed until Monday or had no available times. My vehicle was in and out within a hour. The staff was extremely friendly. They have a customer for life.

Took my car in for an alignment. They wasted two hours of my time by telling me a fictional story about all the things my car needs, not doing the alignment and presenting me with a 3k+ quote to fix the car. I left there and went to another shop for an alignment. 90 bucks and the problem was fixed. I asked the mechanic at this other shop about the issues raised by Midas. They said it is not needed and will not fix my issue. I can't imagine how mad I would be if I spent 3k+ and not have the issue resolved.

Quick, reliable, and honest. Both times ive taken my Jetta to this location, I was given detailed descriptions, along with visually seeing what was causing my issues. I have warranties that I can use at ANY Midas in the country, they also offer financing, which is a blessing for some durring the holidays. I will definitely be using them for any automotive needs in the future.
