I. Cannot recommend Midas on Far Hills enough. I have been coming here for multiple years. And they always treat me so good and so well. Dave, the new manager is awesome. I've had some bad experiences in town with tires and rims. I took my suv to midas to check the warranty on my tires and they were so helpful. They explained everything that was wrong and how to fix it without trying to upsell me. They helped me get two tires for that car and on the road in a day after months of being out of commission and multiple visits to other companies that incorrectly assessed the problem. Our second car needed tires so we took that car in and Jason helped us again, letting us know the tread was still in good condition if wanted to wait a couple more months. We ended up getting a flat so went ahead with a full replacement and they provided a great set with a full warranty included. We ended having some wobbling due to a bent rim, so we took the car in and the damage to the new tires was extensive. They bent back the rim AND replaced two of the tires free of charge. Incredible care and service from this team. Thanks guys!

This is the only place I will ever take my car if I can help it. I've been here a number of times now and each and every time they are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Came in for an oil change because my car was displaying the maintenance required light. Staff was very accommodating and kind. After taking my car back, Shane let me know that after my last oil change, the other company didn't reset the system and I didn't actually need the oil change. He topped off my wiper fluid and let me go free of charge. Staff here is trustworthy.

Always fair pricing, super nice, and does my whole family’s cars! The employees are bright and chatty, and they don’t overcharge like I feel some places are doing lately. I have a very old car and even though they checked out the whole car, they only ended up needing to fix the things I asked about and didn’t make up new problems for them to fix :) overall I will be keeping this place as my cars lifetime mechanic!

I can’t recommend the Midas on Farhills Avenue enough! I recently needed all four tires replaced, and they not only beat the dealership price but also offered a fantastic warranty. But the real stars were the staff! Manager Kevin and mechanic Mark were both top-notch. They were friendly, professional, and clearly explained everything to me. Don’t ever take your car here. Ordered the wrong part for mine, had to come get it, take it back a week later just for them to tell me it was fixed when it absolutely wasn’t. Charged me 1200 dollars for a part that didn’t even need fixed and lied and said the problem was solved when it wasn’t. I had to take my car somewhere else to get the actual problem diagnosed and fixed correctly. I felt as if they were careless and rushed instead of actually taking the time to diagnose and solve the issue. The dishonesty is why I will never take my car here again.

I got met with an oil leak on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and called around to get some quotes. This store was not the cheapest quote but had the availability to do it same day. Ended up getting a couple more quotes and going back the next day. Ricky was able to work with me on the price and get me closer to one of the lower quotes as well as getting the repair done in less than 24 hours. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. So being stuck in the snow twice bent the Splash Guard Under Car Shield Cover Board in my car. The mechanics took me to look under it on the lifty thing and we made the executive decision to hold it in with zip ties because one of the screws is also missing.  They said it would hold up just fine. You know you have an honest mechanic when they’re recommending zip ties and not selling you a replacemet part for $300 Midas on Far Hills is the best!
