This place is an oddity. They tell you what's wrong,give you a price,and do the work RIGHT. I've taken 3 different vehicles to them for everything from brake lines to transmission to busted CV joint and not once did I have to return for issues with the work done. Not only has the price NEVER gone up after work was done but one time it was actually LOWER than what I was first told.

I have taken my car back twice already because they supposedly fixed the problem I was having getting my car started. They said they had to replace the fuse box but supposedly rewired it instead. It still doesn’t start right. Not sure that the fuse box was even bad. The car is a 2014 and the fuse box went bad? Highly unlikely. I’m out almost $600! Won’t deal with them ever again!

If you want poor customer service this is the place to go. Talking with the receptionist was nothing short of rude. I had my vehicle towed to middle branch auto because of a low charged battery and bad starter. The battery light had been on for a couple of years due to a computer issue per another mechanics diagnosis. When asked about the battery light I told the receptionist not to worry about it as it was a separate issue. They replaced the starter and I received a new battery which worked fine. When I picked up my truck 3 new lights were on, 1) ABS 2) parking brake 3) traction control. When I called and explained that these warning lights were new I was met with resistance. The receptionist argued with every point I previously made and stated that the light was on when they received it, in other words calling me a lier. She also disputed what the other mechanics diagnosis was wrong and said the repair would be $400-$500. I was furious. I picked up my truck and there was never an apology for any misunderstanding or how things were even communicated. This was an awful experience and I was happy to take my business elsewhere!
