I have been taking cars here for over 10 years now, and every time I call or visit I am delighted with their service. They are friendly, kind, patient, quick, professional, and trustworthy! Most recently I had an issue with a battery that died under warranty, together with an airbag warning light that appeared after I had to jump start it. Because the battery was under warranty, they replaced it for free (or as Alex more appropriately said, "no charge" 😛), and cleared the airbag code after investigating that it was no longer active. I know that I got lucky with the battery being under warranty and there are types of problems that can't be fixed for free, but this is outstanding honest service that really inspires loyalty. Absolutely Great experience. The personnel were knowledgeable and kind with this very homey feeling to it. Nicole there told me that once they find us and become a customer for life, I can certainly see that. The way the technician went over there the detail of the full diagnostic test that I wanted for my vehicle, the way he informed me the cost to short ownership or long ownership of the vehicle we can decide if it is the right fit for you meaning he was telling me how it is. I LOVE this place!! I could't imagine taking my autos anywhere else! This is a genuine, honest, knowledgeable, efficient, competent and professional repair shop. I have a 2019 Hyundai and 2000 Tahoe and Midlands knows how to keep these vehicles running in tiptop shape! Nicole and Sergey are a dynamic duo and you'll be in great hands with either of them taking care of you! /// As a side note I can't believe people are leaving bad reviews for Midlands policy of not accepting outside parts for repair. This is clearly common sense as in you wouldn't show up to the hospital for a hip replacement and bring your own hip you purchased off Amazon. Those people leaving bad reviews about outside parts would be the first ones to complain and cause a huge scene the minute the knockoff part fails or screws up their entire engine so it's best they go elsewhere anyway.

Rear Hatch not latched light coming on intermittently, Kia Niro the dealership keep saying three tries at it .. stating,, there was nothing wrong with.. we can't find any problems.. Midland found the problems in short order and fixed it. A unlatch light does not seem much of a problem to have but you could not lock the car and the alarm kept going off if you did and it would turn on interior lights when false unlatch was given. Even happened driving down the road unlatch screen would completely take over the main screen where the speedometer is.. well Kia three strikes no fix... Midland fixed it in a couple of hours.. !! great work..

While getting my 100K mx done at another shop, I was informed that my rear diff was starting to leak, but they dont do that type of mx at this shop. I looked around and found Midland Automotive and they were able to get me in the next day to check it out. The staff was so friendly and informative, explained what the process was and why, they checked the fluids on my differentials and transmission (showed and sent me photos too) and explained how they check to see if they are still viable. My rear diff wasn't leaking but the fluid did need a change and they were able to do that right away. My car was ready on time and considering what the cost could have been for a rear diff fix, I drove away very happy! Highly recommend!

Very solid local repair shop. Took my Ford F150 in for diagnostics for an emissions code. They got me in fast and gave me a thorough and accurate assessment of the issue. Their price for the work was on the higher side but the quality of the service made it worth it. You won’t deal with the shady antics of the cheaper shops or the dealership here.
