A special shout-out to Tom for going out of his way to bring me my house keys after I had left them in the car the night of the accident. Also, Tony has been wonderful with keeping me updated during the entire insurance process. I would definitely recommend Midland for their professional, customer-centered service.

Shout out to Erik who was helped me assess the situation, talk through options and even placed a call to help me locate the professionals I needed to get back on the road again, safely. Erik went the extra mile, in the freezing rain, to ensure I could drive the 300+ miles I needed to go that Saturday evening. With gratitude.

Got a flat tire at 6pm,called AAA & Midland collision got at my house within 20minutes!! I couldn't believe it....The man was JJ...He was so pleasant, great personality!!!!! It was a nice to have good customer service from Midland when so many others are miserable.... JJ is Awesome!!!

Very cold day. Had a flat tire on route 8 in Clayville. Dodge Ram. Had no idea there was a spare underneath the 8’ bed. A 6’6” giant came to my rescue!! Found my spare, and the weird tools that were under the passenger seat! Who knew? He removed the flat tire, had to get on his back for some of the hard work, on the cold, hard ground. Then filled the flat with the compressor!! So happy with his work ethic, perseverance, and knowledge!!! Great job!! Saved me so much hassle!!!

For people that you really hope you don’t have to see often they are awesome!!! Every single tow i’ve needed since i moved out here has been dispatched to Midland even when i was out on the thruway and last night after 3 different tow companies canceled cause i was at work “too far away” and i asked the AAA agent to reach out to midland next and they showed up right when i was walking out of the door from my shift (talk about perfect timing!!) I’ve had about 4-5 tows collectively from midland so far! Would definitely recommend if your ever stuck!

My mother was out at a cafe today and her car wouldn’t start. Called AAA. A gentleman from this company showed. They determined it was a battery but he had no cables and his battery pack didn’t have much left so he left and one of the family had to come and jump her. How do you make a call and not come prepared for all possibilities?! He claimed it was someone else for the company that left the pack like that. Reported it to AAA and leaving a review here. I hate to leave negative reviews but the woman is 83 and he left her hanging. Please come prepared next time.

Make sure to take photos of your vehicle before being detailed! Brought my vehicle and was initially super happy with how it looked considering the price is so low to have it done compared to other places. While walking around the man who did it said he wasn’t sure what I got on my hood but he didn’t mess with it. Before bringing it my hood was probably the only thing with no types of scratches considering it is a 2014. I do try to take care of my vehicle though as I’m a stay at home mom and want to keep it as nice as possible to last. I mentioned how this was definitely not there and I was kind of just shocked. I ended up calling and being it back to show them this was definitely not there beforehand. I was wondering what the heck happened. I was told this was from rocks on the road and any other body shop would say the same thing. Not getting anywhere with them I decided to leave and go to two other body shops who confirmed this is in fact not from rocks. Both shops said it looked like something had been sprayed that dissolved the paint. This is definitely something I would have noticed beforehand. Just make sure to take photos beforehand! If I could go back in time I would have taken the time to take photos of the inside / outside of my jeep.

We were stranded on the thruway Monday evening 9/25/23 & JJ answered our call for a flat tire at Schuyler rest stop. He was quick to respond replaced the flat tire with our spare quicker than he could do the paperwork! His service was outstanding & a great guy!! Thank you again JJ👍

I have had AAA send them roadside an they were very good. The garage is a different matter. I had a car accident and brought my car to them. They have a pretty good racket going there. You rent a car then you pay them for every day they have your car. Took 6 weeks to get a bumper fender and tire replaced. Went to pick it up the " check charging system" light on the dash is on. Was told I'll tell the owner about the light and have him call you. Never heard back despite calling twice. As I drive away my front tire is making a thumping noise that stops as I get going figured it was gone. Nope. Every time I take off front tires make thumping noise but I can't tell him about it because he won't call me supposedly my tires were balanced and front end aligned. And I very definitely was a customer there! Never will be again though.

Feeling so grateful!! Huge shout out to Kyle & Erik from Midland who came to my rescue after an accident left my car in a hazardous position. In the freezing cold, they showed incredible compassion & patience; spending 45 minutes assessing the safest way to move my car without causing more damage. Their professionalism and care were top-notch, and thanks to them, my car was pulled out safely with no extra damaged. These guys were a true blessing for me that night. Thank you again Erik & Kyle!!!
