The whole team was great! I called because my car wouldn't start at work. Karina called me back and they came out and put a new alternator in my car the next day. The starting was also bad but they took the starter out, ordered the part, and came Monday morning to my work location and put the new starter in. They were very professional and my car runs great now!

D had a small setback while she installing window motor and regulator. Quick trip to parts store (for window switch that we didn’t know was out) and Darius was able to complete the job.

If I could give -100. I would. I called for mobile service. I asked for a diagnostic because I wanted a second opinion. My car level rose and a message said overheating. Mind you my car had no lights of any kind on. Check engine nothing. He did more than a diagnostic which I didn’t ask for. He test drive my car and didn’t ask me . He comes back saying I have a leak in the cooler reservoir Coolant all down the side of my car everywhere under the hood. I said my car had no leaks He said it’s the cap. I said the cap had no leaks. And it didn’t. He was recommending me to get a new cap which wasn’t needed. He forgot to put the cap on tight and test drive my car in this manner. Which cause a check engine light to now come on Car shaking. Bad exhaust fumes. Which the car had none of this. Did none of this. He didn’t even put the engine cover back on. He left it outside on the ground. I called to let them know what he did. Karina or whatever her name is. Said they were talking to him. And his story didn’t seem right saying it’s the cap. I was going to have my car towed to them but they didn’t even make him take any accountability for what he did. The further damage he cause tha wasn’t there. And the diagnostic he did has two misfires. He said spark plugs and fuses. The want to say the light is on because of the misfires. And sent me a screen shot with many codes Liars. Horrible place. And I want you to respond with bullcrap so I can post the entire thread of text messages. AFTER YOUR LYING MECHANIC. WHY WOULD I TOW MY CAR TO YOUR SHOP WHEN THE TRUST WAS GONE BASED OFF OF HIS MISTAKE. YOU DIDNT EVEN YRY TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I even said give me my diagnostic back. N let’s move on. But AFTER TOWING IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO SEE NOW WHY THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON( I know why ) I can’t move on because he completely damaged my engine. I TOLD YOU THE CAR SAID IT WAS OVER HEATING. WHY WOULD YOU MOVE MY CAR AND TEST DRIVE IT. WHEN I SAID I HAD IT TOWED. YOU GO TEST DRIVE A CAR THAT YOU WERE TOLD WAS OVER HEATING. I HAVE NOW GOTTEN AN ATTORNEY. CHARGES are being filed. I FILED A CLAIM WITH DMV COMPLIANCE DEPT. ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR CONSUMERS ALSO. ALL YOU HAD TO DO. IS DO RIGHT BY YOUR CUSTOMER. You didn’t.

Fantastic mobile mechanic. Miguel himself came out and worked on my car and did an amazing job. They got me in super quick, and they only charged 1/2 of what the dealership quoted me. Miguel was very friendly, professional, and quick with his work. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Plus, I actually missed all their calls morning of, and didn’t get back to them until 30 minutes after, and they still came out promptly. Amazing customer service.

Changed out a bad alternator for me. $545 for 15 minutes of work by 2 guys. It took longer for the part to be dropped off to them by their shop than it did to actually swap it out….and the shop is only 1.1 miles from my place. I never received an itemized receipt. I imagine I had to pay for one guy to watch the other. ***reply to owners reply: I invite you over to watch our security cameras. It took one guy just over 6 minutes to remove the alternator while the other watched. When the new alternator arrived it took one guy just over 7 minutes to install it while the other watched. I totally understand experience and quality of work from a mechanic. I understand years of experience. In this case only one mechanic was needed for a total of 1hr. The proof is in the video. One guy literally watched as I was charged for 2 guys I assume? 2hrs total for a 15min job? Still no itemized receipt. Feel free to post the itemized receipt on here.

My car died while I was at work, so I contacted Miguel’s for a quote. I was initially quoted $395 for a battery or $655 for an alternator. After performing a diagnostic, the mechanic assured me the issue was only the battery. I paid the $395, yet the car failed again with the exact same symptoms just 36 hours later. Upon returning, the same mechanic informed me that the alternator was actually the problem. Most concerningly, the price for the alternator repair has now jumped from the original quote of $655 to over $900. This suggests either an original misdiagnosis or an unjustified price hike after I already committed my business to them.

Best service and prices! They don't rip you off. They are forth coming and honest. If they can't fix it on the go They have a shop. If someone is able to they will also bring you your vehicle. I own a mobile dog grooming bus and every time I've had a mechanical issue they get me back up and running the same day or the next day. They know how important it is for me to get back on the road. I am so appreciative for Miguel's mobile mechanic. Its so hard to find a good, honest, mechanic. Miguel's is it. Seriously.

Miguel's mobile is great! They came out and did thorough diagnostic on my car. I had a radiator replaced and the thermostat. My car is running now and I plan to return to them for the rest of the work my car needs. My vehicle was ready in one day. The staff is amazing and friendly and kept up with me with every detail.
