Hello; At first never knew what to expect finding this company on the internet. And a new way to get service from this business,after exausting all your resources, so I tried it. I have to say this wss such an amazing experience not only with the technician, but his knowledge. Mike explained everything and let you know the cost up front. He checked over the car and what work needs to be done. I have to say this is a high recommendation I am giving. Mike was awesome and made the customer feel reassured he had their best intetest at hand. Giving my feedback I have to say that this company, technician are experts because I had one come out for me. "I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Mike's 24HR Mobile Mechanic that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I contacted Mike for a diagnostic on my vehicle, which cost $125 but was discounted to $85, and I paid this amount in full. After a visual inspection, he determined there was significant corrosion on the battery terminals and broken connectors causing electrical issues. He suggested a tune-up, including spark plug replacement and new battery terminal connectors, with parts totaling $114.48 and labor charges amounting to $275.48, bringing the total to $474.48. However, the service I received was far from professional. Mike arrived hours late for the scheduled work, showing up after 6 PM with a six-pack of beer. I found this concerning, especially given the complexity of the job. As I left him to work, I returned four hours later to a chaotic scene: my running vehicle was parked in front of a fire hydrant with parts strewn all over the street and sidewalk. Mike had mistakenly removed the water pump, causing a flood on the street and inside the engine compartment. To make matters worse, he was resting his greasy tools and hands on my vehicle's upholstery, leaving it stained and damaged. When I approached him sincerely to ask if he was in over his head, he became belligerent and aggressive, slurring his words and dismissing my concerns. I felt uneasy and regretted ignoring the warning signs. I've attached a couple of videos to give a glimpse into what I was dealing with; his threatening and aggressive behavior made the entire ordeal incredibly stressful. After holding my car hostage for three days, he finally decided to come and "do me the favor" of finishing the job and fixing the mistakes he made. However, he charged me an additional $170, adding to the already expensive cost of fixing his errors, all while refusing to take accountability for his actions. Ultimately, he left a mallet jammed in the engine, which destroyed the vehicle--this is entirely his fault. I have proof of all of this and am currently taking him to court. I met with a police officer to file an official report and apparently I am not alone in this. Mike has stopped communicating with me, which is fine, as dealing with him has been nothing short of an ordeal. He has threatened me, saying he knows where I live and to "watch what I say." I have screenshots of his aggressive texts sent at 2:30 AM, which reveal his unstable behavior. I believe he has been under the influence of substances, including alcohol, while working as a mobile mechanic. With all of this in mind, I strongly advise anyone considering Mike's services to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been costly and deeply stressful, and I would not recommend him to anyone. In summary, Mike's 24HR Mobile Mechanic has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous, and I wouldn't trust him with even the simplest job." ---

Listen if any body needs any type of work done on your car please call him. He will come and get the job done. I’ve been looking for a Mobile Mechanic for 4 months straight he’s literally the only person that came and fixed my car for a reasonable price. I went to 2 other people before him and one person ran off with my money. the other one messed up my negative terminal cable towards the point that I needed a whole new cable and tried to changed me $575 to fix it. I called mikes 25hr mobile mechanic and told him what was wrong and made my appointment he came a day early and got my car running for $330.

Mike is an absolute angel. He is kind hearted and caring, which is so hard to find these days. He was in the right place at the right time, he didn't have to stop and help us, but he did. 2 ladies and a toddler with a flat tire. We began our journey of trying to change a tire for the first time. And not even 5 minutes in, there's Mike swooping in to save the day. He had our tire off and changed within 10 minutes. He saved us so much time and heartache. If you need someone honest and kind Mike is your guy. He has a whole lot of new customers now. Thanks again Mike you are a hero and a legend.

Frustrating experience, while the initial setup and service went ok for an emergency master brake cylinder repair, After the repairs were completed, I was asked to drive the car around the block where I immediately noticed an unusual sound from the brakes that was not there before. I showed Mike who also confirmed the noise but did not know what could be causing it. I then took it to another repair shop that diagnosed that it was not safe to drive long term due to the replacement part itself being defective out of the box and proved it by switching it out for another one which immediately fixed the problem. This was when the issues started as I was looking to warranty both the part and the service for the initial labor under the parts supplier. As it was purchased under Mike’s account, he would have to be the one to set up the warranty with the supplier but twice a date was set for him to come pick up the part and twice I was ghosted with no communication. I had offered to make it easier for Mike both to go directly to the supplier without him to discuss warranty terms as well as meeting him directly at the supplier without him having to come to me first, both were refused. At this point, he has not returned my calls or further communicated and I no longer have any patience to constantly have to keep trying to reach out to him to get this sorted out despite offering to do the work for him.
