I called Mike after deciding I couldn't finish a DIY part swap. He answered my call right away, quoted me a very fair price & said he could come to my house in 2-3 hours. Mike is Awesome. Don't hesitate to call him. My alternator went out when I was driving to the bank on a Saturday afternoon. I called Mike, he met me in the parking lot, diagnosed my problem quickly. Priced a new alternator for me, picked it up from a local parts store and replaced it within an hour. He even Identified that the the parts store gave him a faulty alternator and uninstalled it, returned it and installed another one! At no extra cost to me! He could have just let me drive off! This is a good dude. That was my first time using him but now I know who I'm calling if my friends or family fall into a similar situation.

This was my first experience with a mobile mechanic service and the positive reviews I read before choosing this one are 100% accurate. Mike showed up when he said he would and was very professional. He insisted on testing every possible simple cause before he would even consider "larger, more expensive issues". My issue was a simple dead starter battery and once he was sure that was the only problem he didn't try to make it seem more complicated or overcharge. I would absolutely recommend, he will definitely be my first call if I need service again!

A few months ago my very high mileage F-150 had finally started to show its age. I couldn’t get it to start. Because I had made it in to my garage, instead of calling a tow truck, I called Mike. He was quick to reply and showed up with everything he needed to diagnose the problem. Within hours I was back on the road. I was pleasantly surprised that is labor and parts invoice was more reasonable than most of the big name conglomerates. Again, this week my truck just died half way up my driveway! ( I know, time to retire her and start new ). Mike showed up, diagnosed the issue and again within a few hours, at reasonable prices, back on the road!!! I have been a customer of Mike’s Mobile Mechanic for over 10 years! I had on old Chevy Truck I was very attached to and Mike helped me keep it running for well over a quarter of a million miles! When it came time to pull the plug and stop putting money into it Mikes the one that was honest with me and was so caring when I cried at the news! Lol! He now takes care of my grandsons old Chevy truck, my new Chevy and my daughters vehicle. Even my neighbor asked for his number when a do it yourself job became a challenge. Mike came out and finished the job! I trust him! He’s never been dishonest and has always stood behind any work he’s done. His pricing is fair and competitive. He’s done everything from replacing breaks, u joints, drive shaft, fuel pumps, alternators, engine leaks, serpentine belt replacement,… he’s fast and because he comes to your home or your workplace, (or once the side of the road), it eliminates that stress of getting your car into the shop and then the unknown of when they’ll have it ready for you to pick up! I highly recommend Mikes Mobile Mechanic. When I tell people to call him I always include he’s the one out of Frisco!
