My van was overheating and having a couple other minor issues and I didn't know what to do or where to go and everyone who I tried to get an opinion from either wanted to charge more than my monthly income or they would help me with something minor just to try to get me to fix something that didn't need fixed. I googled mobile mechanic and Mikelats Mobile Mechanic LLC is the second one that came up but the first one who called me back before the others. I remember how my father, who is in prison, would talk about cars and car repairs and talking with Mark felt like I was talking with my dad. Everything made sense. He responds very quickly, has VERY well manners, goes above and beyond to save the customer as much money as possible even if it means referring them somewhere else for cheaper prices. He has helped me beyond the couple times I've paid for services by being available to answer ANY questions I have about anything related to my vehicle. I'm starting to learn everything so I can fix it myself and he always gives me the truth and even wise advice.
