The staff at WeAuto truly values customer service and it shows! My husband and I had such a great experience with their team. My main points of contact were Mo, Trey, and Rex. All of which made our purchase much easier than anticipated. THIS IS NOT PAID FOR, REQUESTED, OR BARGAINED PROMO!!! Let’s talk about how easily we take great service when purchasing a vehicle for granted when so many people have horror stories about their experiences with searching for, being able to purchase, and purchasing a vehicle. Let’s just say my process with Hani and the We Auto staff was nothing short of a breeze, a headache-less satisfying breeze and I dreaded entering the car search. They literally did all the work for me. They took care of everything short of paying the note and I’ll gladly do that knowing I’m driving the exact car I requested from interior to exterior. All I did was give Hani an idea of what I was looking for and he ran with that. I didn’t even have to go to the lot until it was time to see car in person and do paperwork. Did I mention I was very particular about what I wanted and he assured me if they didn’t have it on the lot he would get it? And he did just that. Entire process start to finish 20/10 definitely recommend. Don’t walk, run there if you’re in the business of purchasing your next quality vehicle.

After experiencing serious issues with my Nissan Titan, I’m pleased to report that the dealership owner stepped in and handled my concerns professionally. They covered my deductible and replaced the rims, fully resolving the financial impact. I’m satisfied with their response and appreciate their efforts to make things right. It turns out the truck had wheel spacers installed by the previous owner, which likely contributed to the wheel detachment—a modification I’d strongly advise against due to potential safety risks. As with any used car dealership, I recommend getting a full warranty and having an independent mechanic inspect any vehicle before purchase to ensure you’re fully aware of its condition. [Original Review Below] I purchased a Nissan Titan from WeAuto and experienced serious issues within the first two weeks. Screeching noises, radiator hose failure, and eventually, (not even a whole month later) the front wheel detached while driving due to completely stripped lug nuts. These problems posed major safety risks. When I brought it back, the service team was dismissive and even implied I may have caused the damage. Repairs were incomplete. For example, a mechanic admitted only one tire had been replaced, when you’re supposed to replace two. I strongly recommend getting a full warranty and having any used vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase. Based on my experience, their inspections may not be reliable. I’m currently exploring further options to address the situation.
