My first impression was so poor that I left the shop and decided to take my car elsewhere. This place was a suggestion from an insurance company so I did not research and went with it. After reading the reviews on how long it takes for service. I am thankful I left. Front desk girl is horribly rude and incompetent. To start it took her 5 minutes to find any of my information even though they are the ones that called me.. first red flag. Next she scheduled me for an appointment the same day, a few hours after we got off the phone. Once arrived, I waited at the front desk for another 5 minutes while no one was there to help me, however I could see her the entire time . Once greeted they tell me my appointment time is incorrect. I ask them if someone can look at my car since I’m there and the front desk girl states that I can sit and wait until my appointment time. Really? We just got off the phone two hours before and I wrote down my appointment time. She booked it incorrectly and stated that someone else booked it. She stated that a man at the shop booked it…. I never spoke to a man, I spoke to her and her only. When I told her I would just go somewhere else she smiled and said “ok bye”. I couldn’t believe the attitude from her after her mistake. For an added bonus - I had a newborn baby with me which she could clearly see - I couldn’t sit around waiting and waiting. The whole thing was extremely frustrating. The happy ending to the story from what I see now is that because I left, it seems I have avoided much more frustration and time wasted here. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of shops in Houston with great customer service.
