★★★★★ My truck has been there since 4/22/2023 ad nothing has been done. Mills shop floor scheduler keeps blaming Allstate Insurance for the delay. He keeps writing Supplements for more damage. He has told me several times it is going in the shop, and when I drove it was still on the lot across from the shop. The Scheduler was Chance. I made a trip over to find out what was going on. It's in the shop but nothing has been done. I went over there again to talk to him last He was not there. I asked if he would be there the next day and I was told he had been fired for lying to customers. I want this message to go to the owner of this body shop and I want to find out from him when my truck will be fixed He also told me he had the parts there to fix it which was also a lie.

★☆☆☆☆ I had the drivers side mirror replaced. They had to take the inside door panel off to get to the cable. I got the car back and the door panel was loose on the bottom and the back. It was not like that when I took it in. They refused to fix it saying it was like that when I took it in but they couldn’t prove it. I took it to another body shop who fixed it for no charge. It took them a half hour to fix it. I left Mills on Maxwell at 2 and it was fixed by another body shop at 3. So, the obvious thing to take from this is they will not do what it takes to make a happy customer. They refused to make a simple fix because they claimed to not think it was like that when I took it in. They do not have business ethics or professionalism.

They worked with me, since it took longer to complete the job due to not being able to obtain parts in an expedient timeframe, due to part accessibility and shipping issues.
