We inherited a copier from a previous owner and even though we did not sign a contract, we did pay through contract end date. Milner REFUSES to pick up this copier even though we are paid in full and Milner continues to bill us. Do NOT sign a contract with this company.

I am having the same experience as the other poster, I got stuck in an automatic renewal and have been with Milner for 10 years ! I finally came close to the end and paid them off to end the misery and am getting feed to death. An extra fee with taxes at the end of the lease and now they want $575 to return the equipment ! Unless of course you continue with them then they waive the fee. I have been in business for 30 years and now I learned a lesson, NEVER SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT A LAWYER !!
