Went there because my regular car wash place was closed. Great results if you have all day. With the prices they charge you would expect quick turnaround . I saw none of that and won't be returning.

$55 and what a disappointment. My rims are dirty, my carpets have trash everywhere. The half as$ wipe on my doors, half gloss half matte. Then my sunroof is completely dirty. Im so dissapointed, and the owner disnt even care

I have been here a few times before and I have NEVER had the worst service as I did this time. Decently priced but car was still dirty and to make it worse they damaged my car. They didn’t take accountability that my windshield wasn’t cracked before the service and now it’s cracked. When I went to tell someone he tried to play it off as it was the heat and a rock. Mind you my car sits in over 100 degree heat over 8 hours DAILY and I have never got a crack. I am never coming back here and I do not recommend. So unhappy. Now I have to pay to get it fixed when it was not my doing.

I used to go there for my car wash, at beginning they are doing pretty good jobs, but suddenly they are getting worse. Every time I left the place I always seeing some missing spots and water stains on the hood doors and trunk.

My cars get treated like royalty at Mission Car Wash! From being vacuumed all the way through the washing to the employee's who give them that final touch. I am ocd clean, and when I take my vehicles here, I do not feel the need to wipe on them further once I get home or whenever I am going. When you've been going for as long as some of us have been, your vehicles are known regardless of who drives them in, and they already know what you want/expect! I love the idea that they allow you to bring your vehicle back in if it happens to rain within, I believe, 48-72 hours if I am not mistaken for a free wash (not complete detail). Grab a snack or a quick massage inside in one of their chairs. Bathrooms are always clean, and they have plenty of nick nacks you can grab to throw inside your vehicle, such as air fresheners, etc. If by chance you're not satisfied, just let them know and allow them the chance to make it right. If you can fit it into your budget, inquire about their wash plans.

Trash service, car not fully washed, halfway vacuum , windows still have spots, and no car freshener. I went to go get manager and he said he not manager. I came and pointed it out and he said all he could do was wipe it.

Lots of car care packages to choose d from. The staff does a great job inside and out. I do have one concern because it's happened more than once. They may accidentally forget to apply polish wax and sealant when payed for. If so bring it to their attention and they will run your car through again.

I paid for the executive option with full interior waxing etc.... They didn't do a good job. I even asked a few of the workers including the manager to get rid of some of the bugs stuck on the outside, but they kept insisting that it's just scratches.. even after I rubbed some off with my funeral to show that it was dirt that they missed. Also the inside was vacuumed very poorly and there is still sand under the carpets from when I went to the beach recently.... if you want good value for your money, avoid this place! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

This car wash use to do a good job but now they are trash. The last few times my truck still comes out dirty. From the inside to the outside. We pay money to get are car washed but everything just get smeared and after drying you can see everything. The supervisor just stands there knowing his associates do a half ass job and doesn’t say anything. And they expect a tip. I will not recommend this car wash to anybody. I will not be going back due to horrible service and pure laziness.

Do not waste your money. Gave them the opportunity to make it right. I was told it’s just a wipe down, their vacuum can’t get sand out of carpet, and the wheels are clean. This was a 42.95 car wash. This is the second vehicle I brought in the same day. First vehicle was washed nicely, even got sand out of the carpet(so not sure how they couldn’t in this one). I get it, it’s hot, and it’s busy, but at least try to make it right and re wash it correctly. Will not return. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this is not acceptable.

Never have to worry about me coming back. Car was not vacuumed. Water running from the car. Inside not wipe down. Leather seats wasn’t wipe. Highly irritated. Never give the tip until Inspecting your car. Windows not clean. Wasted $35 yes I bust a damn u turn too.

Horrible, I stopped bringing my car to them over 6 months ago. My husband decided to give them business this morning and yet he brought my car back with a car seat full of crumbs a floor full of leaves and other debris. My husband has poor eyesight but I am disgusted with the laziness from these employees that are vacuuming. Which is exactly why I stopped bringing my vehicle to them. If you're in the city of upland I definitely would not recommend them as he even took it in the morning and was one of the first cars.

Got the executive wash with hand wax paid $95 plus tip. The interior looks like trash, there is still dirt in my SUV don’t come here. Not thorough. EDIT I went back and it was corrected but I had to pay..

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car wash. They have now damaged my car twice. The first time, they failed to clean my car properly, leaving spots on my windows that I couldn’t remove myself. I had to hire a professional to detail my car and remove what turned out to be an improper wax sprayed on the windows. On my most recent visit, they scratched the side of my bumper and the inside of my door, and once again failed to clean the interior properly. All they did was clean the windows and spray air freshener. They left dirt in the cupholders, trash under the radio, and didn’t wipe down or vacuum the seats. I will never return to this car wash and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Despite spending $40 and leaving tips, the service was consistently poor. No matter what service you pay for, they always do a half hearted job. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.

My husband is a regular customer. He has been bugging me to try this spot for years! What a great experience! The employees are absolutely amazing and friendly! I got an oil change and car free wash! This is so convenient, and they do an awesome job!

I love mission car wash. I drive from Ontario and pass up other hand wash car places because they are not as thorough as this place and believe me I tried them. There is a young lady who did my truck and she must be new because I have not seen her before. She did the best job ever so far. She is thorough and im picky when it comes to my rims. She got a good tip and I will be asking for her from now on. 5 stars today for sure 👊😁
