I’ve tried others and have given up on a good job without damage. A previous, new establishment scratched my 4Runners roof rack and twice left globs of grease on my side panels. Canceled immediately. Mister Car Wash has done an amazing job every time and they’re so streamlined that you never have to wait. Vacuum setup is quite nice too. Count me as a fan.

This location in particular has awful employees. You cannot trust them to guide your wheels in safely and without damage. Every time I say to myself “they aren’t even looking” when they are guiding you, and every time my wheels scrape the metal track. Then they just avoid eye contact because they know they just caused damage to your car, but they really don’t care.

The new location Has been amazing. The staff is the friendliest staff that I have encountered. Every single time I drive up there is a smile on somebody’s face. You can tell they work well together and all get along.

Cracked the bottom of my front bumper leaving the car wash! They force you to turn right on exit so you’re not holding up wash traffic, right into a pot hole. It doesn’t look That big but since the car is already going down slope. My car isn’t lowered. It’ll cost a couple thousand dollars to fix and paint. I’m super upset. I love this car and saved for years to buy it. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to.

DANNY IS AMAZING ON REGAL Mister Carwash HE WENT ABOVE BEYOND I had stickers on my window from a birthday party He went above and beyond to personally get the stickers off of my window That is amazing customer service I appreciate him and then he let me go through a second time to get the stuff off the window so I will be recommending him to tons of my customers I work for a phone company and it stays busy and everyone's always looking for a car wash because the other two you have need customer service training like the one downtown really needs help on their customer service but Danny you need to send him around and show him how it's done Thank you Danny

Sunday evening coming back from dirt roads, it was a rainy, cold, wet evening in Spokane. It was getting close to closing time and the car wash on Regal St was all but closed for the night. Until I slid under the Premier member gate and the guy fired up the whole wash just for me. I had the whole vacuum section to myself. What a wonderful place to freshen up before a busy Monday.

Doesn’t always good everything cleaned but what do you expect from an automatic car wash. I know the guys at the beginning are there to help. But when I was asked if I wanted help and said no, the guy was persistent on helping me. Again, I said “I’m good!” The guy got irritated when I didn’t want it. I just didn’t want to be hovered over when I pick my wash! I get it for older people, but it’s a touch screen. It’s not rocket science and not my first time coming through.

Mitch and the rest of the crew at Mister car wash were super helpful and friendly. Mitch cleaned my floor mats to perfection. They also accommodated my car wash claustrophobia giving plenty of space between cars.

Warning dirty tucks! I've Always had amazing service since the day they opened and never been turned away. Living down muddy dirt roads my poor truck is always full of mud. Today, the gentleman was not friendly at all, started the conversation telling me he wont allow me to go through the wash. He was extremely rude even when I asked questions. He could have handled the embarrassing situation much better. Every time I have gone through the girls have been so friendly and said they were happy to get my truck clean. Sadly I won't be back to avoid washing my "dirty truck in your car wash"

I was really excited when this location opened, especially since I live just two minutes down the road. The staff are always friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I also appreciate that the trash is regularly taken out, and I’ve never encountered a vacuum that doesn’t work. However, I’m quite disappointed with the dryers. They are incredibly aggressive, and after reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Every time I go through the car wash, my license plate gets bent from both directions. I’ll attach photos for reference, but I shouldn’t have to worry about damage like this. I’ve considered getting a frame to protect it, but for $35 a month, this shouldn’t be necessary. I’m not sure how this can be resolved, but it’s definitely a concern shared by others. I hope the issue is addressed soon.

My experience here has not been positive. From the customer service to the car washes for both my car and my wife's car, I am consistently disappointed. Our cars come out dirty every time. I am considering canceling my monthly payment.

I never leave reviews but I just have a few things that need to be said and read. It is so rare to experience decent customer service anymore. I had a horrible last few months, lost my son and my father in one week and was diagnosed with breast cancer the next. Sometimes the car wash was the safe place I had a couple minutes to cry. I don’t come here to cry anymore because of one person in particular. There’s a girl at this wash with hand tattoos and the nicest smile. She is so genuine and always takes a brief moment to talk with me in the front. The first time I went through I was extremely nervous and distraught and I held up the line. I was having a panic attack and I was so embarrassed but she took the time to talk me through it and was kind and patient with a smile and a great attitude and she was so understanding of my struggle. I appreciate that kindness more than you know! I was so scared. And I was going through a lot. Simple acts like that keep me going. She recognizes me and knows my specific requests now I don’t even have to mention them, that is extraordinary customer service. To remember your customers and what they like . It makes me feel like an VIP. You are so lucky to have her. I’ve watched her for a while and she’s always smiling, always helping people. I’ve seen her handle tough situations like rude customers like a pro. She deserves a raise. I am so glad to have a wash close by now but so grateful you hire people like her. It really makes a difference and I can’t stop telling people to go here! Please tell her that she is amazing! I am so pleased everytime with the quality of my wash, the unlimited membership is well worth the money!

The crew hear are great. Smiles and positive helpful demeanors. I have gotten so used to going into a business and being ignored by the emoloyees. It’s nice to be able to get my car washed and refresh my outlook on the day. I have no complaints about this business. I would add that if there is a bonus opportunity in the budget these young men and women deserve it.

This place does great at greeting, and my car always looks great afterwards. I think the only downfall is that every time I use the car wash it bends my front license plate and 1/3 of it has snapped off due to it constantly getting folded in the car wash. I’m lot sure if it’s because this location is new and maybe the jets are just that powerful, but that’s my only complaint when it comes to the south hill location.

There is an older gentleman (60-65 maybe) that works at the mister in Spokane on Regal and he is the BEST worker. He sold me my package 2 months ago. He greets all his customers with a smile and gets my car SO clean before it even goes through the car wash. His customer service is Unmatched!

Hi im brand new to spokane I just moved here about 3 days ago. I stopped by with a friend because he mentioned the great customer service and quality wash he gets every time he goes in. I met a gentleman by the name of Paul. He was jumpy and ready to go. I dont think I've ever seen a smile on a grown man's face ear to ear unless it was Christmas. He was extremely quick and gave me tips on what the titanium wash did for my new car. I went on to vacuum and wanted to maybe reach out to say he made my day. Hope to see him again and say hi. Best time moving here so far since.

So I believe I’ve gone through your car wash about four times now and I am impressed by the services and the staff are friendly. My only complaint, and now I do live on a dirt road, but I have had two marks one on each rear wheel well… it hasn’t come off in any of the washes so today, I went up and started, scrubbing it with my hand and got it to come completely off, just by rubbing it with my hand, but yet it hasn’t come off in the car wash. I do feel like sometimes when the line is really long. I get less of a quality car wash because the person running the line doesn’t have as much time to put the pre-wash on my car otherwise I am happy with my services. I have recently switched from another unlimited car wash company that I have been with for about three or four years and the price for monthly car washes is quite an increase switching to Mister Mister , so I am still determining whether it is worth the switch and the price change we will see!

I’ve been washing the car only on mister car wash since I have my membership about 1,5 years. Address is 4301 s regal street. Got this damage from their brushes but they don’t want to give me any compensation. Awful service, if you want to damage your car, go ahead. Totally don’t recommend this place.

My paintwork was damaged at the Mr. Carwash car wash and they said it didn't look like it was their fault, but I've only had my car serviced there since the day it opened, and in the first few days, when the wipers weren't working quite right, the top wiper blade would noisily fall onto my car, but I didn't notice it right away. I saw the problem at the service station under certain lighting. If you don't want to ruin your car or be denied repairs, don't go to Mr. Carwash! 🛑❌ I DO NOT RECOMMEND
