The car wash is ok. The internal cleaning is outrageous. Too much money for little in return. Not even wiped down with any type of cleaner. If it’s not dust it will remain!! Not happy!

This place is AWESOME! Everyone I mean EVERYONE that’s works there is very kind and friendly. My truck was a disaster…I went camping and with two dogs. I apologized prior to the wash and the young man relied, “no worries ma’am we got you. We’ll get it all cleaned for you.”

There was a medical emergency involving one of the workers. The manager (Mike?) handled the situation impeccably!! Paramedics were called and business resumed efficiently. Kudos to Mike and his crew for their compassion and quick action. BTW, I own high end luxury vehicles. Columbia Center Blvd. Mr Carwash is the ONLY place I take my cars. Prices are a bit high, but I always leave with a CLEAN automobile.

Paid $28 for a wash and left disappointed. They didn’t clean the front grill before sending my car through, so it came out with bugs still stuck all over. The wash did little for the rest of the car, either. For the price, I expected better attention to detail. I’d recommend skipping this place and going somewhere else that actually preps your car.

Great car wash experience. We got both interior and exterior services. Interior was handled with meticulous care... wipe down surfaces with conditioner, clean inside windows, vacuumed, and choice of car freshener (really like the "new car" scent). The exterior was hand-dried, tire shine applied, wheels wiped, and bug residue removed. Top notch, quality service, and great value.

I loved the car wash but I recently purchased a vehicle brand new yesterday I took it there my husband noticed the car had chips all over the hood and on the windshield as well don’t take your car there I’ve been trying to reach them and they don’t answer or even call back

Went to Mister car wash in Kennewick on Columbia Center Boulevard as I often do, and I got the subscription finally. They do an amazing job and are always kind, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the job done. Great team atmosphere with enthusiasm for their job. Highly recommend. The only thing I have slightly negative to say is I have streaks on the inside of my windshield, which you don't see unless you're facing the sun, more often than I'd like. My theory is they reuse towels doing the interior and they might not be the cleanest for windows and mirrors. Otherwise they do a great job.

I had a basic car wash membership for quite a few years and last year my passenger side mirror got broke off and they wouldn't do anything to fix it!! Tried to talk to someone when they said they saw wires in pictures that were showing and they wouldn't talk to us, always busy!!! No metal or wires were showing and we never got to see the so called photos. Pretty pissed off!!

If you want the exterior of your car to look...mostly good....go to Mister Car Wash.....however I would NOT ever go there again for the "interior" to be worked on. Car wash with the works was $27....to add the interior it becomes $45...so I paid 47.50 with tax..... Their "interior" that they are allowed to do according to their management and store....is 2-3 minutes allowed max. They legit left my car looking basically the same as when I took it in....a manager told me this because im like...uh...why did I pay an extra 20 for....this.....and all they did was hand us a "free car wash" pass so that we come back again. Nope. Not ever going back there. Its a COMPLETE waste of money/rip off. Not happy....I could have done a better job if id have been able to go myself and do a self clean for like 5 bucks. However being disabled makes that really hard on my body. And I chose to wash my car and try and get it nice, instead of going and getting work done on my neck because its completely out of alignment. Huge waste of time and energy

It's a convenient location, and it doesn't take much time for the staff to clean up your vehicle. However, the flow of the way services are provided, in addition to a lack of attention to detail leaves more gaps in their services than competitors in the area. First is cost. It costs over $40 for their highest priced service which includes an interior vacuuming, the car wash lane, and interior cleaning. The price is about the same as other locations such as Autobahn on Clearwater, but lags behind in overall time spent on cleaning the interior and exterior. Second is time. The staff seems to move in such a hurry that they don't pay attention to the little things. Largely this is due to the flow of vehicles, because they offer more than one type of interior cleaning service, although I'd argue that the quality may still be just as poor as any other priced option. They use two lines for after your vehicle runs through the wash to wipe down your windows and clean your dashboard, etc. Perhaps due to not preventing a bottleneck, they hurry and forget the little things. Third is attention to detail. For $40+ you'd expect that they would do a better job, but that is not the case compared to other locations. They vacuumed the interior of my car, leaving behind dirt on the sides by the driver's seat, and ran it through the wash. After the car was run through the wash line, a different staff worked on spraying the dash, the doors, etc. What they failed to do was clean up my weathertech floor mats which still had dirt on them, and left the dash barely just wiped down, along with the doors. Even after I'd left them a substantial tip ($20+), the interior still looked like crap. Other locations do a much better job when you pay $40+ with a good tip for interior and exterior cleaning, but this place vastly misses the mark. They need to differentiate between various services and set up a separate line for interior cleaning that pays closer attention to the work so they aren't rushed, because the structure of their car wash does them and their customers a disservice when the quality of their work comes out to be as poor as it does. You pay the same price at other locations but get a much better outcome than this. After reading several countless poor reviews of this place from Google and other review sites, I have decided that this place will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and Washington State for review.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities before moving to North Scottsdale, I’ve experienced higher-quality car washes at lower prices. In Scottsdale, I’d pay no more than $30 for a top-tier wash, which included an interior clean. Even when I opted out of interior services, vacuum stations were stocked with microfiber cloths and glass cleaner for self-service. Unfortunately, every Misters location I’ve visited since moving back has been disappointing—there’s no consistency. Some have vacuums, some don’t. None seem to offer basic microfiber cloths for customers. Yet, the prices are significantly higher. Today, I visited the Columbia Center location for an interior clean, choosing the $42 Platinum package (not including tip). When inspecting my car afterward, I noticed: 1. Dirt on my back seat (from my dog’s paws). When I asked for it to be wiped, I was told, ‘We don’t usually do that, but I’ll do it for you.’ Apparently, wiping seats isn’t included due to ‘risk of damage.’ But how can an interior clean exclude the main part of the interior? Using a proper microfiber towel shouldn’t cause damage. 2. Dirt in the door jambs, which was clearly visible. I didn’t point it out because it should have been cleaned in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for obvious oversights to be fixed. I appreciate that the employees work hard, but it seems they are trained for speed over quality. If Misters wants to justify its high prices, they need to balance efficiency with thorough service. Right now, it feels like we’re paying more for less.

Last time I will ever use them, I don't mind paying for it but please at least do the job. I paid almost $30 and I had to wipe my truck down after I was done plus I had to wash the windows because they don't. Thanks but I can do the job myself and get a much better job for a fraction of the price.

My car looks and feels brand new on the inside. The team paid close attention to detail—every surface was wiped down thoroughly, the vacuuming was spotless, and even the hard-to-reach areas were cleaned with care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure I was satisfied before I left. For the price, the quality of the interior service exceeded my expectations.
