The car sat in my driveway for 10 days. Birds. Dust. Muck. Pulling into the carwash..they power sprayed and made sure the muck was off with a personal pressure wash. Great job everyone!

I am a long time customer paying for a platinum membership. On 7/18 I upgraded to the Titanium membership. I was told the membership price of $26 was good until October. Today 8/1 I came through and provided a new card for my monthly payment I was told it would be $40/mo. I explained no that’s not right I was told I had the promo price until October, the guy said that was only for new customers so they can try it out. I think that’s ridiculous, long time customers should get a deal too!! Not only that I would be a customer trying a new product, how is that fair?! You just lost my business as a long time customer!

Excellent customer service! Always see smiling faces of each employee, today general manger Isabell allowed her one employee , Caiden to help me with look for one Lego figurine my lost it in my car which skipped through side of seat as my client thought but Caiden looked throughly even brought out big pointy tool in case he finds it but after checking throughout with searchlight and tool and even with digging in there with hand nothing was there but I appreciate general manager, Isabell and Caiden taking time out to help me upon my request was much appreciated ! Thx Thx Thx for excellent customer service and always greeting customer with lovely smile and with politeness ! I give you guys 100%

Good car wash. Quick and quality. One thing I don't like is when they ask for a tip without having any real service provided apart from attempts of upselling. They shove it in your face, ask for the tip, and make you feel uncomfortable. Then they get upset when you don't tip. Not a good look on the company.

Wound up taking my car for a wash and vacuum and the associate that helped me was in such a great mood that I agreed to sign up for the monthly membership. Awesome experience and glad to have found my new car wash close to home !

Will not go there again unfortunately. Used to be really good. Last time they barely even rinsed down my suv only the side near where he was standing…I got the $14 wash. Was still so dirty and tires were not even shiny. Waste of money.

The employees are very nice here but this isn’t a funny joke, they are on a very busy road and in order to be safe you need to stop before pulling into traffic. This is going to get someone in an accident and maybe even killed when someone slams into their drivers door.

They only take cards, no tap to pay. I rolled through without a card on me and they were so nice about it. They sent me through the wash without taking payment. So cool!

Bought this truck new November 2022 and only used Mister Carwash to clean the exterior. The scratching seems to be to the primer. Wish I would have noticed sooner. I would stay away. UPDATE: Although they I have followed all the steps to file a claim weeks later I still haven't heard anything. My vehicle is defiantly didn't leave in better shape as you can see from the photo.

This location (and apparently the regional manager is involved with poor business decisions) will continue washing cars after hydraulic fluid gets on the brushes without warning drivers or inspecting how they are coming out. This effectively smears the vehicle and particularly windows and mirrors with an oily film (think Vaseline) then sends drivers out into traffic at night unable to see clearly. Super dangerous!

I love the monthly subscription and their app is easy to navigate. You can drop one car and add another one or you can subscribe to two or more cars if you'd like? I like the idea that I can drive in to any one of the Mister car washes and get my vehicles washed. Their equipment makes all my cars look like new again!

I had my 2023 Toyota Camry damaged due to negligence caused by Mister Car Wash. I've been informed by several employees that the chemicals used in their facilities that it's causing the rapid deterioration of the asphalt on the exit ways of their various locations. The one on Pines Road was extreme. As I eased out upon their exit way I slammed my car's front end down into a giant pothole that broke my bumper clips, cracked my led lens, dislodged my wheel fender cover, and shoved back my passenger quarter panel by the impact. WSDOT informed me they were not informed in a timely manner on the severity of the pothole and denied the tort claim. I was very cordial with their staff about the matter and even engaged with their district manager. Unfortunately due to the fact that if they paid me for their negligence they stated it would cause them to be responsible for several people whos vehicles were damaged as well. They reviewed their camera footage to clarify the validity of my claim. Shame on you for being irresponsible and not taking fault where it due.

My truck had to go into the repair shop for extended service 4 to 8 weeks. They gave me a loaner car that was filthy dirty. I came to my Mister Car Wash and asked if I could use my unlimited wash to clean the car. She asked me if I wanted a temporary pass for the rental car, until I get my truck back ! The service is excellent, the employees are very nice, Outgoing & even in freezing temperatures are out there smiling! Great suction with their vacuums & they have great towels for only $2 to dry your car! If you have a single water spot or the wash didn't get everything you wanted you can go through again & again until your completely satisfied with your vehicle! Outstanding service!
