No matter how much you tip, they’re going to halfass it every time 😫. Every. Single. Time. You can tell that the seats haven’t been touched with the towels and there’s just no pride in the work. My vehicle’s interior is just as dirty as when I brought it. Take 2: I’m actually not sure what I paid for cause none of it got done. I paid for the mats to be cleaned. They did not clean them. And they wouldn’t have if I didn’t point them out before leaving. Then they tried to tell me I didn’t pay to have them cleaned, when it’s literally on the receipt they taped to my window. The leather seats have still obviously not been cleaned with a towel. And there are still crumbs everywhere like the ones who vacuumed are vision-impaired. The quality of service here is laughably low.

I have an unlimited wash membership but the quality of the wash is extremely lacking. I just brought my car in to be washed after a long road trip and it looks like nothing has been cleaned off of my car. I am posting pictures taken immediately after I had it washed.

I don’t know why the service here has gone down. Every time I go, I feel less and less satisfied with the work. Or maybe I need to come during less busy times when they can have more time to care. My car is still dirty after I sat there patiently waiting for idk how long. I paid $47 for the interior detailing plus mat cleaning. ALL still very dirty when I pull over to check it out. I may be nitpicking, but I feel like I paid for it to be cleaned plus tip and it’s not. Period. 🤷🏽♂️Tried to call. No answer and voicemail is full.

I just got home after paying $40 + a fat tip to have my car detailed. They removed the start button and tossed it on the passenger seat. Why??? The interior of my car looks like a 4 year old with poor eyesight detailed it. They were busy but that’s no excuse to not do what I paid for. I won’t be back.

Images are three years ago, and even a month ago it were a five-star hands down, but today? The initial soap is diluted very thin, the yellow/orange lit foam is sparse to say the least, and the liquid wax seems barely a spit these days. The pace of the line seems increased as well because even the blowers don't remove most liquid; the pre-COVID follow up side window/mirror wiping is rare - maybe a ratio of 1:20 per visit. Seems every other run through (almost daily) there's soap suds and debris running down my windshield that isn't often wiped when and IF the auto wiping roll is functioning. Something is amiss, and while it's conveniently I n my way to work, seems I'll have to take time off in order to visit a further locale.

So my car is cleaned but I do this thing where I take a picture before I get out of my car and after I get out of my car to see if anybody’s went through my things in my car at the car wash. I’ll post one before and after picture because they are definitely looking for something in your damn car. The first picture is before the second picture is after I’d appreciate being able to trust the people that get in my car. Thankfully I took everything of value out.

I’ve always preferred washing my car myself. Until I moved to Houston where it seems like it’s impossible to keep your vehicle clean. I was very hesitant on going through car washes as I didn’t want my car getting scratched. Tried out Mister Car wash. Decided to buy the unlimited pass. Best $20 a month I spend. I really like how the staff come out and hand dry the mirrors and side windows every so often. Definitely recommend using them. Some photos after just going through.

Showroom Ready! After reading the bad reviews about this location, I felt the need to tip the scale towards positive. I have the membership, so I added the $15 for tires and interior cleaning (which I think should be included in the membership). Anyway, after they finished, my car was shining like new money! They did an excellent job - inside and out. The interior was clean and shiny, the floor of the car was clean, no crumbs, etc. I was very impressed.

They took my personal cleaning supplies from my back seat. Then claimed they could not find them. And although I paid $42 for a platinum wash and clean, the inside was still not wiped down and the outside base of the car was still smudged with dirt. So much for good service. I would have rather given a homeless person $42 and got better service. On top they asking do you wanna tip????? For what. Never again

I paid for the highest “detail” supposingly getting the full detail experience and outside shining waxing etc. man they ain’t wipe nothing inside nor vacuum was minimal . I had been working so much and letting other people ride around in my car. It’s dirty! I knew it needed to get a real detail. I could’ve washed my car myself cause that’s all I technically got a car wash no detail.
