My best friend recommended Mitch's Firestone 4 or so years ago. I recently brought my car in because of a catalytic converter code when my check engine code prompted me. I had previously had this replaced less than 2 years ago. They put a new one in and my car seems to be running very well. Thanks again for getting me in during a busy time and the replacement part was under warranty. .I have really had a great experience here for 4 years. I would highly recommend them for tune ups and repairs. Thanks so much .

This shop is the Best! Honest, fast, and excellent service. Highly recommend!! Mitch’s did it again thought I had a bad wheel bearing that started squealing and grinding while driving. Expecting a $700 repair bill. Dropped it off less than a hour later they called and said it was the guard that was bent and they just bent it back. Went to pay they said no charge. I was totally blown away. These guys are the BEST and so HONEST!! 5 star service!! *****

This place was awesome. I was on vacation several states away on Christmas Eve and I had a break freeze up on me. Rob and his crew took care of me that same day and got me back on the road. They were closing at noon that day because of Christmas but threw a lot guys at it to make sure they got it done for me. If it wasn’t for them my family and I wouldn’t have had a vehicle for two to three days. My family and I would have been up the creek and without a paddle if it wasn’t for Mitche’s. 5 stars - very happy all around with Mitch’s Firestone.

Recommended by my tire supplier for tire installation. Tires were sent directly there, made my appointment, dropped the car off, picked it up later in the day. I asked to check the wheels alignment and if needed to do it but I was told it was good. The wheels are balanced perfectly at any speed. Very pleased. I will be a regular customer with the household cars maintenance. Happy to support a small family business. Thank you Mitch!

I would recommend avoiding Mitch's. They did work for me on a 1.9 TDI last year, a quick alignment after I installed a new steering rack and tie rods. Job well done. However I referred a neighbor to have a serpentine belt and eccentric tensioner on her ML350 changed, as I didn't have the time. They took her money but didn't diagnose nor change the tensioner, which was the actual reason she was there. They said they changed the belt, but I find this also extremely doubtful. I'm going to recommend solo and unaccompanied female customers avoid this shop, unfortunately.

I took my 2014 Rav4 to Mitch's Firestone on a recommendation from a friend. My CV joint began to leak so I called for a quote and made sure they would be able to do the work. All in all it was good work for the price and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is how long it took to complete my repair. I called days in advance and was at the shop before they opened like I discussed with them on the phone... 7 hours later and a few phone calls I finally got my car back. They said the it was the part delivery person's fault but the long delay caused me to miss a doctor's appointment. If I need a repair in the future I will bring my car back to this place but I will be persistent and diligent in ensuring that they have the part before I drop my car off so that it does not take longer than discussed.

The guys in the shop were quick upfront and honest about what needed done to my truck and didn't try to sell on any extra stuff needed like I've experienced at other shops. The lady gabby in the front office was very knowledgeable and great at communicating a time line and what was being done. 10 out of 10 would bring a vehicle here for more work needing done

Picked up my truck after $1500 worth of work to find a dead battery. The work they did was fine. But the owner told me I had a bad steering rack and the battery was bad. Both of these things were not true. As a 20+ year retired tech, I only brought it in for service because I have better things to do. The owner then argued with me when all I wanted him to do was admit it was unprofessional to present a vehicle for pickup with a dead battery. I replaced the necessary parts (not the steering rack) and had the alignment done at a top rated shop. Truck drives like new again. It didn't need a rack but they did take some life out of my battery when they drained it dead with the key on over the holiday weekend. Ill never go back here again. It was better when it was Mitch's Firestone. Now, not so much. ***EDIT*** To owner's reply. You cant have it both ways. Either my battery was junk (It wasn't. You just left the key on all weekend. It didn't "kill" it but it did substantially shorten the life of it. If you dont know this about starting batteries then you have no business running a shop.) My battery charged to 80%. It will last probably a couple.more years. The whole point you are missing and arguing here is that you were too lazy to charge it before I picked up my vehicle. Period. Why wouldn't you try to sell me a battery if mine was bad? Answer: It wasnt and you knew it. Your reply makes it clear that you either suck at your job or just don't care.

I do most of my work but anything requiring special machines or labor intensive lift required stuff goes directly to them. Used them on 6 or 7 vehicles I’ve owned over the past 2-3 years. I drop off on the weekend and pick up before the week ends. Always easy to deal with and no complaints here.

Mitch's Firestone is the Best most Honest Mechanics I've ever taken a car too... My Mountaineer is running exceptionally as usual. You're the only mechanics I Honestly Trust to work on her. I know she's old but you've always made me feel comfortable and taken good care of her. Without overcharging and lying about what's wrong with her, only what she needs. I'm Very Grateful for that... Being disabled and on a fixed income it warms my heart that you're a phenomenal company that doesn't take advantage of women, young or old.. Unlike Karrie's Automotive, that Lied to me about things that were wrong with my Mountaineer. They wanted to charge me Thousands... Mitch's Firestone is Truly a Godsend to myself and my daughter... There aren’t enough words to express how much I appreciate George & Mitch’s Total Auto Care when it comes to servicing my vehicle. It is so nice to be able to drop a vehicle off over the weekend, not knowing the source of the problem, and trust that you will receive a call on Monday morning. I had a coolant leak & wasn’t sure if the source & while George had to give me the bad news that I had a radiator leak & would need to replace the radiator, I felt that his assessment was 100% correct. . George went above & beyond last year when I was having an issue after replacing my battery elsewhere. I continued to have the same problems as I did prior to purchasing the new battery. George confirmed that the issue was still the battery & his assessment was 100% accurate! I was able to go back where I purchased the “new” battery & tell them, with confidence, that the “new” battery was “bad”.
