AWFUL! I did the middle car wash selection, and my car was not SUPER dirty, but it doesn't even look like the car was washed- you can still see dirt and little hand prints all over the car that were there before. Very upsetting!

For a touchless car wash, I thought it did an OK job. While the wash cleaned the car well, it left spots all over my car. The basic wash is a reasonable price but the higher end washes get very expensive and are unnecessary, unless you need an undercarriage wash.

I love this gas station, but I’m never happy with how clean my truck gets. It’s never abnormally dirty, just your typical bugs, dirt etc. The wash takes off the light surface dirt/dust but doesn’t get bugs or bird poop off

Bought the $16 car wash with the $2 off for buying gas. I have used this wash several times before. My car was not filthy, just had a light dirt layer that I wanted off. Came out of the wash, pulled over to vacuum and he car looked the same other than the pink and blue dots that covered the car. I got home and had to wipe it all down; dots and dirt! It was not worth the money and will most likely not go back. I guess that is what you get from a touchless so my mistake for going there.

This is unbelievable and unacceptable I went today to get my car washed and I was leaving and this guy who works there runs to my car and I thought maybe I left something and I forgot and he look at me and started to try to speak Spanish at me (I guess because I’m Hispanic but he wasn’t) and I was not understanding so I said what happened, ok I speak English what happened and he said oh you speak English ok so where are my coins I put some coins there where your car was what would you take them give me my coins back and I was shocked because the reason why I parked there after my car washed was to put my kid in the car seat correctly and he accused me of stealing some coins from him after saying I didn’t take your coins what coins are you talking about he just left with out telling me anything, I’m so pissed I’m never coming back and it’s so sad because I use this car wash for more that 5 years now. Don’t accused someone of having stolen if you didn't see it and don't just assume that because you see a young girl with a child she is going to be stealing a few measly coins again I’m so so mad! I wish I can put 0 stars for this!!!! (This happened at 1:52pm)

Was curious to try it out. Chose the premium 20 dollar option. Drove in and quickly became very uncomfortable with the smell. Very heavy and toxic cleaning product smells leach into the car. Was so glad when it was up. The touch-less feature did fascinate me and I was curious if a chemical bath different to a normal car wash would do the job hands free. Yea, no. Car is nearly the same, just a drop cleaner. Any wipe of the finger reveals it’s not clean. See photos. I could see the use for your premium or classic cars that are already pretty clean just want to touch up for a night out or something. Interesting alternative for those who refuse a classic wash due to the wear and tear.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I am very satisfied with the results, although I am someone who keeps his car clean and spray on ceramic coated during the fall/spring/summer. It does a great job with the undercarriage and wheels considering it’s touchless. If you are someone who never gives there car a hand wash and you expect this wash to get the car spotless, you are in for a rude awakening. This will get the major dirt off your car though. Perfect for winter time when you want the salt off the car and don’t want to scratch the paint.
