So I called and the tech said he might be there, I explained it would take 18 minutes at a normal pace and probably longer with my car malfunctioning as I had minimal acceleration and a wobble. He said okay I can come to you where are you? I explained the place and he figurs out where it was and said okay give me 7 minutes. I said okay no rush. About 20-30 minutes later I sent a text just incase cause they seemed unsure of where I was and I didn't want to miss them if they came out here as I appreciated the offer to come. See text attached flto find out he's not coming, but if the sun comes out tomorrow he can fix it then... not sure if it's sarcasm or genuinely a nice thing to say. But. Clearly on call may not always be the case. Can't say I want to reach out to them to see if they can fix anything if they couldn't say upfront they couldn't come or be direct.

Paul has been amazing to work with. He really cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to help. He is professional and has great communication. I'm a person with a lot of questions and he was quite knowledgeable and willing to answer them. Paul helped us out meeting us at the tow yard after a collision to assess our vehicle and walk us through the needed mechanical repairs. His estimate shocked us with how reasonable it was. Paul is fantastic - my car is an absolute puzzle, but he has the mind to figure things out and think outside of the box (which was more than needed for my car.) He has fair pricing, and overall he's a hardworking, honest man. My '07 Accord was stuck halfway in the garage and Paul was able to help our sore situation turn from "should we just beat it with a hammer, I can't trust this car" to "I think I'll go on a drive today for fun!" He even taught me and my boyfriend about what he was doing while he was doing it. I highly recommend Paul for any mobile mechanic services you might need or want, especially with older or more troublesome cars! I'll be requesting his help again whenever the next hurdle presents itself. Services: replaced axle, lower control arms, and bolt within control arm that was stuck there like its life depended on it. Also replaced calipers and brakes. Lots of troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Broken Promise, theft. I was referred to Paul from a colleague and called him to help me drive my CV axle into the transmission and replace the seal...said no problem, he could handle it. We scheduled for a Wednesday and couldn't make it with the snow, so we rescheduled for Thursday first thing, he said. Texted him around 2p and said he was on his way. Texted him at 5p to reschedule and said he was :20 min away. Worked on the vehicle for 2 hours, fed him, and when it was all done, supposedly, paid him $50 more than he asked (as a tip). Pulled the car out of the Garage the next morning and fluid was coming out in a flow. Texted videos and pictures and promised to be up in a few days as he strained his knee and was laid up. No problem, just let me know. Texted me 3 days later and said it would be another 2 weeks but can't make it for the foreseeable future. Asked for my money back and couldn't do that and didn't have it and will get back to me ASAP. Unacceptable, that is my sons car who know can't get to work and is out $300 to you with no resolve. Paul paid my son back $100, but haven't seen or heard a thing in 2 months since and also denied my request for the reimbursement on Venmo. On top of all this, towed the vehicle to a very reliable mechanic owner I've known for over 15 years and they thought I did it because most of the hub/wheel bolts were torqued way below specs and could have caused the wheel to fall off over 30 mph. Paul, you still owe my son $200, I won't even charge you interest. Paul, you stole from my son, put his life in jeopardy by not torqueing any bolts to spec and have not made right what you caused. I have receipts of everything.

Paul was absolutely incredible! My car broke down near Centennial, CO, around 9 p.m. while I was driving back from Denver Airport to the Springs. Every mechanic shop was closed, so I started calling every mobile mechanic I could find. No one answered; most calls went straight to voicemail, including the ones advertising 24/7 service. By God’s grace, I found Paul’s number. He was the only person who picked up. I explained what happened with my car, and despite the late hour, he came out to help. His pricing was fair, and his professionalism was outstanding. He replaced my serpentine belt on the spot and made sure I could get back home safely. Paul is not only a skilled mechanic but also a genuinely good person. I’m incredibly grateful for his help!

Paul was so great to work with. He is a mobile mechanic and came out within the next two days of being contacted. He looked over another estimate from another shop and checked everything they said needed done. He told me most of those items were still in really good shape. He changed my oil and did my brakes. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me the old brake pads and explained why they squeak and when they actually need to be replaced. He also changed my oil. Everything was completed in a reasonable time and he didn't price gouge me. I will definitely be using Paul again and recommend his services! Thank you Paul!
