The worst customer service ever, walked in and the guy at the register playing on his phone, no even notice there are customers at the counter also I used to come to this place and everything was clean now everything is dirty and messy also lot of homeless begging me for money at the door ! You guys should take care of that

Lori j cope has harassed my husband on several occasions. Shes begged for for his number and at one point begged to stay in hotel with him He said NO and she wouldn't get the clue. We found this creepy and strange.

There was an old sign on the bathroom that said it was out of order and it looked as if the sign had been there a while. The fuel prices were a lot higher than other gas stations only a few minutes away.

Came in to get Benadryl when my fiancé was having a severe allergic reaction, the guy running the counter was super unfriendly, told us we were disrupting his other customers, proceeded to swear at us for cutting the line. If someone is coming to you for Benadryl because their throat is swelling, maybe you should take it a little more seriously. I asked for his name or a managers name told me to get out and leave; will never ever be returning to this station. I will also be reporting this to corporate; stay away from this place

Came here late once, and the clerk kept the store open so I could get a bottle of wine. Stock is rotated regularly, and the selection is pretty good for a gas station.

Has a clean PUBLIC bathroom. When one has kids and is new to the area, this is a huge plus. We went to a different gas station and found out it didn't have a public bathroom even though I was a customer getting gas. 🤷🏼♀️

Their prices tend to be higher than others but their building is very clean and their air/vac usually works so that's a plus. You get a 10 cent discount per gallon if you use the Speedpass app (which you can also use to authorize the pump from your phone).

Yeah, I know...how can a gas get 5 stars. Well the place is immaculate, staff was friendly... even chased me out into the street to give me a scratch card I forgot. Nice selection... and being Michigan...sold top shelf booze. 😂

Another gas station that advertises they sell diesel but they do not! Hopefully I can make it to the next gas station that is 2:00 in the city of Ann Arbor advertising that they sell diesel gas but they don't

I live just a few blocks so I have gotten to know the staff very well! Every employee makes you feel like family! They are the BEST! I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have employees who work so hard to connect with their customers!! So many times I've come in after a crappy day and ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face because of them!

Looks like a respectable establishment , but as soon as you try to pump gas, you'll get challenged for a PIN with no work around......not a professional grade setup. Any gas station where you have to prepay because they can't set up the pumps with a bypass for card PIN does not have their stuff together. Don't bother

The preferred Gas station and snack stop in DT Ann Arbor!! The staff are extra chill and the selection for snacks and drinks is great. Gets crowded during rush hours.... but like I said, its the preferred spot to stop. .... I think the only other station in DT is up main st on Miller. Nothing wrong with it, but its kinda hard to get in and out of it. This one is just... easier *shrugs*.
