Gas more expensive here than anywhere else clerk was rude had to go in and ask for a receipt the pump kept beeping he tells me the code for the wash I purchased is on the receipt that the pump wouldn't give me he was more interested in washing windows than helping customers I really won't be going to this mobil again and the car wash was not good at all everyone should do there selves a favor and go somewhere else I am

I went to purchase Juul pods yesterday only to find them leaking and unusable. I proceeded to go online and file a complaint with Juul but since these are the old boxes, they don’t have a code. I called and they were SO helpful but I confused the women too since she can’t find the number either! Strange!! Regardless, she was so kind and helpful. The pods are legit, just an old box with no number. Luckily, they don’t have many of the old batch left so any new buyers of pods will get new boxes with numbers hopefully so they won’t face the same issue I did. Not Mobil’s fault in any way.

False advertising said cash price is$483 and I was charged $493 a gallon. When I questioned it the attendant told my I have to use a special credit card they are promoting. Stay away false advertising.

Extremely deceiving price sign out front by the road. Advertising gas for $3.91 or $4.01. Now, here's the thing... You would assume, like every other gas station, the lower price is cash and the higher is credit. Nope, not these folks. The $3.91 is apparently if you use THEIR card. I literally had to pull up to the large sign after I stupidly paid their price, get out of my vehicle and look at the very tiny print next to each price to realize what they are doing. Very deceiving advertising and almost criminal to be honest. Will be avoiding this station in the future. Beware!

I went to purchase a coupon book for car wash and the cashier didn't know what to do. She ran my credit card and handed me the receipt. I asked if I get a booklet and she replied I didn't know. She advised me that the manager will be back in 10 minutes. I told her that I will return. After 40 minutes I returned and still no manager and the 10 minute manager failed to return. I asked for a refund and she didn't know how to do that either. She took my name and phone number and said that the manager will call me when she returns. An hour later the 10 minute manager called and told me to return for the coupon book. If the employee doesn't know the simple process of a car wash or a refund for a customer, why would you leave her unsupervised for almost 2 hours??????

Cashed in a lotto ticket and cashier refused to return the ticket to me. I explained that the ticket was a record of my playing whether I won or lost and was entitled to that document. She proceeded to tell me I wasn’t allowed to have the ticket returned at which point I requested to speak to a manager. She stated manager wasn’t available so I request she find away to get in touch with one because I wasn’t leaving without my ticket. I asked for a number and she refused to give me a number and then proceeded to call someone whom she said was the manager. After hearing her tell the manager on the phone I was being abusive and violent I looked around at everyone else in the area and asked them if I was. They said I was only asking for the return of my ticket and nothing else. The manager told her to return the ticket upon which she balled it up and throw it at me in a fit of anger. I informed her she wasn’t a very professional person to be running the store and should be fired. I informed her I would be getting in touch with her employer which she thought was funny and continued to insult me. She refused to give me her name .
