Booked an appointment for mobile detailing. The morning of the appointment, I received an e-mail from the detailer that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for two hours later. I waited around and they never showed up. I e-mailed the detailed several times to find out when they would arrive without and did not receive any response. I called the phone number for the detailer and no one answered. I left a message for "Jack Dalton" inquiring whether any one was going to show up for the appointment. I never received any replied. I requested that my credit card be refunded - no refund was every posted. I called the detailer again and it went straight to voice mail for "Jack Dalton" again. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Should be ZERO stars.
