Was stuck in AL from a road trip. Called insurance company they gave me the typical run around and not much help. Called up this guy and it was like dealing with a person! Was on scene with in 10min. This guy is the MJ of mechanics in this day and age. If I had a choice to call 911 or this guy’s number I’m calling him...he is going to be there faster. We all need a modern hero, and this is what Jesus delivered. As for the pricing it was a Bob Barker type of deal, it was right, way right. Guy is a legendary. Thank you!

Well I can't say whether or not he is a decent mechanic because HE NEVER SHOWED UP. After telling me he would be here in an hour, I waited 3 hours to call back only to hear "I am still coming and will be there soon." That was yesterday and still haven't seen not heard from him. If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely not how you run a business

From reading the reviews I thought I had found the perfect solution to my car problem. I called and left a message (because no one ever answers the phones) inquiring about services. I received a call back within the next couple of hours.... luckily I wasnt stranded. When I spoke with the guy on the phone I told him my problem. I need a water pump installed. He asked me the year make and model of my car and we had a good detailed conversation about price and I set up an appointment for him to come out and fix my car. I called the morning of and confirmed that he would still be available to fix my car. He confirmed. When it was an hour before my appointment he texted asking about the part I bought and if I needed to purchase anything else before he arrived. He then told me he was heading to the parts store to get a tool he needed to complete the job. Up until this moment I had a good experience but out of no where it changed. 20 mins after our agreed upon meet time I called to see if everything was okay and if he was still on the way. No response. It’s been 24 hours and I still have yet to hear anything from him. I understand that things happen but it’s totally unprofessional to accept a job and not even call and say that you can’t complete it. I took off work to meet him so I lost wages thinking I was getting my car fixed. I warn anyone dealing with this company to be weary about them because this was the most totally irresponsible and unprofessional service I have received. BE CAREFUL!

Its been a while since I used a "mobile mechanic". I found Mike/Michael on Google and turned out that he lived 0.4 miles from my home. I figured a "mobile mechanic" on Google within that close of proximeity would be a no brainer. I had my vehicle towed to his home for a motor replacement. Upon dropping off my vehicle we agreed on $500 for the labor, $250 when the motor was pulled out and $250 when the job was complete. He pulled the motor out of my car the same day... I PAID HIM..He finished my car at 11:00 p.m called me and I went to his home (0.4 miles away) in the middle of the night to pay for car; Nonetheless, he put the time in to finish so I was grateful... I PAID HIM. Now to whats important, the person your about to give your money too. I informed Mike 2 days after installing the motor that my car was not cranking correctly and sent him a video of my speedometer going up and down while I was sitting stopped at a traffic light. NO RESPONSE for 2 days (His excuse he didnt get the text) I asked could he look at my car again because my fuel mileage was significantly less on top of the for mentioned issues (keep in mind we live less than a half a mile apart) after discussing the problem Mike told me that he would get my fuel injectors from my prior motor block and put them back on my car. HE NEVER HAS.... about a week later I called Mike because my car would not crank at all. He told me that he was on his way to take his daughter to a dance class and after he would come by my home and look at my car for me. I took him at his word and ended the phone call by saying Thank you. HE NEVER CALLED. HE NEVER SHOWED.... This happened the week after Thanksgiving.....and now I think the transmission went out on my car yesterday. Remember the speedometer jumping I mentioned earlier in the post. Trust at your own risk!!

My fuel pump went out in the parking lot of TJ Maxx on a Sunday when no other shops were open. I took a chance and called Mobile Mechanics-- they saved me and I'm so grateful. Michael came out within 20 minutes, fixed my car right there in the parking lot. He made sure my vehicle was ready to roll before he left... I plan to use this company again for more auto work BEFORE my cars break down :)

It was snowing and my car wouldnt start. Thinking it was the starter I called and spoke to Mike. He came to my house, diagnosed my car advising me that is was not the starter. Then let me go with him to have my battery tested and get parts from a local auto parts store. He explained what was wrong (battery, terminals and ground wire) as well as how to prevent future issues. Mike was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him in the future.

My car broke down on me within my Apartment complex. It would not come on at all. Michael was very patient and he listened to every thing my Husband and I explained to him about the car. I thought my car was going to need major work. He checked my battery and alternaor Voltz and it turned out to be a loose cable . I also asked him several questions,and he was able to give me a genuine precise answer. I highly recommend and appreciate his services. He is definitely worth tipping as well. Very Reliable. Very reasonable!

Michael was great! I called him when I was having issues with my Ford Explorer smoking and smelled like something was burning. Michael came out and met me at my hotel because I’m not from Alabama. He came within a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem, quoted the price and the fix. It was after hours and all the auto parts store was closed but luckily I only needed an oil filter and Michael went and got me a new oil filter and replaced it within a timely manner. I would totally recommend Michael to anyone who needs mobile mechanic services. He was efficient and helpful. I’m glad I called him!

I called Mike last week regarding my power steering he fix the rack within the hour so it was drivable. Few days later the car still whining now its been 4 days no response. He won't return texts messages nor cell calls none this week he said he was coming and never came to my residence...I even questioned him about the reviews of non communication and stated it was few times just ppl upset which i mentioned being big in communication. I would never use this guy again very unprofessional and a liar

Michael was great! My daughter was 6 hours from home and her car broke down. I googled a mechanic and took a shot. 7pm at night and he was there within an hour. He was very honest and walked thru all the possible repairs, but ranked them as to what was most likely. Didn’t pressure or put unnecessary repairs out there. He got the car back up and running for a reasonable price. I wish he was closer to my area as trustworthy mechanics who do what they say are rare.

Along the same line of other negative reviews, Michael/Mike never showed up. I called on Friday PM to make an appointment for an alternator replacement. Very easy $100 for him. I told him my availability was open, and we decided on 9 am Saturday (the following day). 9 am rolled around, and no word from him. I texted him at 9:49 to see if he was going to make it or needed to reschedule. No response. I called about an hour later and left a voicemail. No response. I understand that personal obligations pop up, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I waited a day and called again on Monday - giving him a final opportunity to have my business. No response. He might be a great mechanic, but good luck getting him to show up. Luckily, I wasn't stranded or in a bind.

I called for an assessment and advised it was $75 just to look at my car. I was told he had one car ahead of me should take 20-30 minutes. . He requested that I send my payment through friends and family through PayPal so money is not held. Never looked at my car, and will not return calls. I read reviews thought maybe people were just exaggerating but it's all true

We’re from PCB Florida, my wife and I are currently in New Orleans. Our kids were stranded in Trussville in my truck. Called Michael and left a voice mail. With in 10-15 minutes he returned my call and less than 30 minutes later he was on site checking out my truck. The water pump had gone bad and so he was able to start the repair and stated it should take about an hour. After some unforeseen issues it took him 3 hours but he completed the work all while making sure my children could safely get back on the road. He was extremely professional and made sure everything was 100% safe for them to drive. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a fix. Great job!!!
