I got my starter replaced. I was initially skeptical when I heard from my husband about this company. Out of desperation, I made one phone call in the evening. I was surprised they answered my call. I then asked if they could come in and cheak my car, and they came as earlier as the next day. We agreed on the pricing, and they reached the following day and fixed my car. It's simple, easy, and affordable compared to the traditional shop. Tony is very professional, friendly, and straightforward. He makes everything easy to understand. Shane is friendly and professional too. I like them both. I hope my car doesn't need any more fixes, but if I have to get a mechanic. I would use them again. So I highly recommend their services.

On Friday September 13th, 2024 I called mobile mechanic king to come fix my truck. After waiting five hours for my payment to go through. I finally decided to get my car home then have them fix it there. After waiting 24 hours I called to get an update was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Hung up and called back the guy said that he was on the phone with the bank and verified it had gone through and said they would be out on Saturday September 14th, 2024. Then they call and say it’s something on their end because they hadn’t received the payment even though they had been taken out of my account. Then 48 hours later I tried calling and texting and got no answer. On the 72 hour mark I called and they kept saying yeah we got your part we will be out today at 2pm. Called at 230 everyone kept putting me on hold for almost 45 minutes. Then at 316 someone was like yeah we got the part the guy is in verdigres and you will definitely be taken care of today. The guy on the phone kept giving excuses about being short on staff and it’s a process. These guys will use every excuse not to help you. Do not use them. Have to report to the better business bureau and had to go to my bank and have them reverse charges. All they had to say was no from the beginning instead of giving excuse after excuse. I was more than fair and gave them 80 hours of waiting that I won’t get back.

This was a horrid experience. I hired them after they said they could get the job done. I paid them half up front and they didn't even complete half the work. Their technician came with broken tools and sat around for more than half the time they claimed they were working on it to their boss. Their boss then proceeded to set his phone to mute and no longer answer my calls when I told him what was going on. Seems like some hustlers doing low quality low craftsmanship. Would not recommend. Would give negative stars if I could. Photo shows the back of my motor where they've left the jobsite before finished

I became a loyal customer a few years ago, and I regret not making a review sooner. I am a loyal customer because this company is reliable, dependable, and affordable. This company is comprised of values and ethics. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable about cars and know exactly what they’re doing. I would recommend this company to my friends and family as a matter of fact I have already. They do not misdiagnose what’s going on with your car. They actually get it right and fix your car properly the first time. Honestly, if it wasn’t for mobile mechanic king, I would be in a lot of trouble… but thank God for them because they have helped me out pull me out I have some financial and mechanical binds. I know that they have done the same for others as well. When you get mobile mobile mechanic king, you get an honest mechanic that is not just trying to fork you for your money and leave you spending more with another mechanic in the future. I don’t care how desperate you are, absolutely don’t use these guys, they are scammers, their customer service skills are garbage, they ignore phone calls and texts for hours on end, they don’t even show up to diagnose your car when they tell you multiple times that they would, they come up with BS excuses, they accused me of being a scammer because I wouldn’t cash app them in advance, yeah I’m not dumb enough to trust someone that doesn’t even know how to use basic communication skills with my money!

Entire operation is unprofessional and a scam. Guy quoted my grandma a certain price after saying what’s wrong with her Nissan then ended up taking forever to start the work and then kept up charging her for more work. Now doesn’t answer any calls

Music was playing loud when I called and dispatch answered and gave me a quote for my water pump, etc. Called back again to check on quote which was apparently too low and was given 2 different quotes, etc. Manager was so unprofessional and hung up on me. Glad I didn’t use them, no thanks!!

Called them to fix a flat tire, they came tried to get the lugs off our wheel, blamed our truck for breaking all their cheap tools. Cussed us out. Refused to get us tire slime and air the tire up. We had paid them $100 cash because they said they only took cash. When they 'went to get tire slime' they just straight up took all our money and left. They blocked our phone numbers after calling them. Had to sleep in the parking lot at quick trip overnight. Our lawyer will be in touch with them. Damage is from us limping the truck 3 miles down the road at 10mph. Flat tire busted the shocks up and shredded the inside of the tire. All because they couldn't get the lugnuts off our truck for a nail in the tire!!

Not worth a star!!!! Do NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! He took over $1000 dollars and didn’t fix a single part. He came out looking at the truck seem what he needed and never returned. Called him and he said he could find parts that he was still looking. We called the closes part store and they could have them by noon. He never showed back up. Got off work and car wouldn't start. Call this company, took them a while to find me because I was stuck in hospital covered garage. Tony and Shane showed up and explained that a big oil leak took out my starter. Needed it replaced,and these guys took care of me. It wasn't an easy job but Tony did great. He and Shane were so knowledgeable and kind. I was stuck there from 740am to 430pm but they got the job done, charged a resonable price, and my car is back on the road running again. I know I need more work done and these guys are who I will be calling.

This is the worst company ever. I would never ever recommend them to anyone nor what I ever call them again. They wanna act like they know what they’re doing, but they don’t know a damn thing. They’re so quick to take your money, but they’re very slow to do anything to fix any problem.
