When they called back they took my credit card information for the initial visit. It was total fraud. Tried to use my credit card in multiple locations, fortunately Capital One caught it.

No hate. I just didn't need them. I thought the price was high for what I needed done though. All I needed was a bypass hose put on my truck. So I took my time and did it myself.

HE IS FAR WAY TO BE A MECHANIC! He is the worst mechanic ever, DO NEVER CALL THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING, charged me abusive values and did not solve the problem. I had to wait 4 HOURS (he actually said less than 1 hour). Very non-professional and poor knowledge. DO NOT CALL HIM.

I was stranded in Orlando, waiting on these people.. After spending $400 on a starter and a diagnostic test, they told my engine had blown.. Not to mention I had to wait for my appointment (my family had to leave) which was 5 hours. Once they told me the bad news, I had to get ANOTHER hotel room, and get my car TOWED to GA. I was not pleased...

We broke down in our hotel parking lot with a busted brake line. We called this company and told them our problem. They stated that they would recommend coming out to do a diagnostic on it and then fixing the problem. The mechanic who came out was great and did the diagnostic. He stated that they would have to get the part and come back to repair it. After he left we received a call from the company saying they don’t do that type of work because they don’t have the tools. What??? I would not trust this company! They can tell you the problem but can’t fix it. When we told him what the problem was they should’ve told us then that they don’t fix those types of issues but instead they took advantage of us and had us pay $80 to tell us what we already knew.

Good luck if your stuck somewhere. I called yesterday and we scheduled for 12pm today, he kept delaying because he was stuck at another job which I understand cars are unpredictable. So we scheduled at 8pm , I only have one car so I really need as urgent as possible. It is almost 9 i texted and he hasnt shown up. Not even a call or text to let me know he wont be able to make it! I underythings happen but to not be told and being ignored is very unprofessional very disappointed. Then at 9 pm he said he got stuck at another job! I was supposed to be his next client! So unprofessional if I could give a zero star I would!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! My car broke down a few days before 08/30/2018, It couldn't turn on due a battery and alternator problem, someone referred me this mechanic, I contacted them and they were in front of my house the next day to fix my car, they did know what happened to car, they "fix it", charged me $620 (parts and labor) and that was it, problem solved, however, after a few days, the car started to have the same problems again. After calling them, the owner of the company (Tom) and the mechanic (Matt) were in my house again to check the car, this time Tom said that my compressor was bad, not the alternator they changed, which it didn't make any sense to me because the AC was working perfectly. This time he was charging me $1200 to fix the car. I told him I will think about it and give them an answer, another $68 (for inspection) to his pocket only to tell me something that was a lie. After talking with someone else that knows about cars, I told to Tom that I wanted to change the alternator he put on the car because I truly believed that was the problem. We made an appointment in my job and he changed the alternator again for another one, $200 (for labor) more to his pocket. This time the car runs smoothly, but only for 2 days! I decided to take the car to the dealership and guess what? the car has a wrong alternator! it took them 30 min to figure that the alternator the car had was the wrong one, I asked them how do you know which alternator is going to work for the car? they said it is very simple, you take the one your car has, take it to the dealership and order the same one with the vin number of your car. When I call Tom to tell him what the dealership told me and to ask him for the original part of the car he got extremely aggressive and hang up the phone. I went to the address that is listed in google for his company in order to have an answer from him, but he wasn't there, after texting me things like 'are you in drugs, no bipolar??' he block me from his phone. I am taking this to court! he has to stop scamming people!! he is unprofessional or responsible for anything that happens to you or your car after fixing it!

Outstanding service! We called Greg after we were having extreme issues with our vehicle. We travel all the way from NH for vacation drive straight through. We had called another company who gave us the run around and wouldn’t fix the issue we thought we had! Grey helped us out replacing our alternator and making sure we were good to go! Even told my husband that if we got even a couple hours away and something went wrong he’d come! He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Strongly recommend if you need assistance with your vehicle especially traveling!
