Highly unprofessional outfit. This company does not have garage keepers insurance. They are uninsured. They ask for half upfront, claiming it's for parts but the parts don't cost even half the quote. The guy they sent left with my keys and then the company number asked for half upfront, beats around the bush essentially refusing to provide an invoice. Charging for labor before completion is highly unusual and not having an invoice is also very unusual. They have you pay random cashapps and venmos no legit shop account. If they don't get my keys back here in the next hour I'll be calling the police.

Hubby’s suburban needed a new water pump. They had him scheduled for Saturday. They kept in contact with price and when they were on their way. All parts bought through them have a warranty which also includes labor. The mechanic went over everything before and after the repair and cleared all codes associated with the repair work. Had brake work done by Matthew and I'm still experiencing the same issue before he did the work even more squealing now then before he did whatever it was he did. Called him not even an hour later to tell him my brakes are still squealing he said "ride around to break them in" and he'll be back out to check his work, which I was fine with. He didn't tell me I would be charged all over again. Long story short, Matthew stole the brakes i bought, because he didnt put them on my car. He left the original bad ones on. How do I know? The real mechanic (02-17-26) showed me that there was no numbers on the back which means they were original-never taken off. Just got my brakes changed by the real mechanic (02-17-26) (not affiliated with any of these folks) and it didn't take me riding around to "break them in" for the squealing to be gone. This place and Matthew are scammers/rip offs. Luckily for them I didnt sue
