Our check engine light came on when we were about 4 hours from our destination of Orlando. I called and they set up a mechanic to come to our resort the next morning. Helder was our mechanic. He was prompt, he diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix it right there at the resort. We did not have to change any of our vacation plans. The cost was a little steep but the convenience and peace of mind was worth it for us.

If you don’t want to be SOL when it comes to being able to use your car after trusting this company with your car — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We called in a mobile mechanic to come look at our car to install a new alternator. They put the alternator back and completely screwed the screw in WRONG causing the car to overheat on first start. It’s taken weeks upon WEEKS from when they’ve told us they’d reach back out to try to get this rectified and they refuse to fix what they messed up. So now my household is down a car due over a mistake they refuse to fix. This is by far the worst group of mechanics we’ve ever had work on the car and we do not recommend. Wish we could give 0 stars and I feel all the “good” reviews are fake. What a joke and disappointment. Hope you guys are happy ruining our car, getting our money, and not taking any accountability whatsoever. Poor customer service. Poor knowledge of what they’re doing. Absolutely HORRIBLE.

This is a good mobile mechanic, Elcio my mechanic was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The only thing I can say, they see my appointment for one time, then changed it to earlier time so I took off work to make the early time, then end up changing it back to the later time. BUT all in all everything is good so far👍🏿
