Came home from an extended trip to a dead battery. My apartment parking garage had replaced the main entrance door and it was too low of a clearance for most tow trucks. I called Mobile Mechanic on Labor Day and he came out within an hour and helped me fix the fuse blown during the battery replacement, which had disabled the power steering. He also gave me some helpful tips on preventing it in the future. Very reasonable price and super helpful and professional. I've already sent his contact info to my friends and daughter in case they ever need him.

I would advise not using this mechanic. He said I had the wrong timing so could not do the job. He said he would put my car back together and then he left without telling me. I had to call another mobile mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with the timing belt and installed it. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional to leave me with a car that was not driveable with engine parts left all over the car.

I feel a sense of gratitude towards the folks That operate this business .they help me out fixing my ride and also enlightening me on what a Chrysler 300 c hemi can endure and what can fail . I had to get the starter replaced on my 2010 Honda Pilot, and I reached out to Mobile Mechanic Seattle. Honestly, I was a bit unsure about using a mobile service, but I’m really glad I did! The mechanic arrived right on time, which was a great start. He was friendly and went through what needed to be done in a way that made sense to me. I recently had the pleasure of service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
