Unfortunately I have to change my review at first he was on it for sure. Overtime he started dodging calls or saying his was on his way and not showing up at all (mind you he'd already received money to purchase car parts). I gave him money for a part and have been told 3 times he's on his way and never showed up. I text him and let him know I need to either receive the part or money back because it's been a week now and I'm perusing legal action. Because he's not going to keep doing this to people. I was nothing but nice and understanding the whole time. Unless you want to go through this I wouldn't use him at all.

I found Mobile Mechanics through a google search when I needed a mechanic to come out to my home due to my daughter’s car battery giving up on her. I called Shaun and told him what I thought the problem would be and he came out to my home within 30 minutes. He assessed the car, picked up what I needed from the auto parts store, and installed the new battery. When he finished, he ran a diagnostic to ensure there were no underlying issues that needed to be addressed and we were good to go. Shaun was honest, efficient, and got the job done quickly!!! I have found a great mechanic and will definitely be trusting any future auto servicing needs to his hands!!! And did I mention that he comes to your house!! Thank you, Shaun, for great service! I would definitely recommend Mobile Mechanics for your auto service needs!

Since my last post, he still owes me hundreds of dollars for parts I never got. He asked me to include that his aunt passed away, but that has nothing to do with him keeping me money for over a month. Read other recent reviews and they do this to everyone. Do not call these guys even if it’s your last resort. They don’t know how to properly diagnose a car, and certainly are NOT professional.

Do not call him if you care about the job being done in a timely manner. Refuses to answer the phone, barely returns texts, and ran off with our money without ever doing the job. Unfortunate that he did great the first call and the second time decided to run a scam. Overcharged for a part's core charge that was easily found with the correct price on Google. We will be taking action. If you need your car fixed look elsewhere.

Definitely would not recommend to anyone to receive service from them sold me a nice trim of a tire but no room and it was an emergency I'm basically losing air as a car is in motion and you sell me a tire without the rim on it and now no one is answering the phone no one's getting back to me and so forth yeah $25 wasted and now I'm without a tire too so I got to spend more money I would not recommend at all don't waste your time don't spend your money at all horrible service horrible lack of professionalism I am appalled

SCAM!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS. Got the run around for 3 weeks with one thing after the other happening. First he needed $40 for gas because he didn’t have the money to come out and do the job. Then he gets stopped by the cops for a suspended license for unpaid child support and got his car towed. After he got his car released he came 7 hours after we agreed and i had to call him literally a hundred times before i got an update. Then he realized he didn’t have the tools he needed for the job and asked me to order it myself and he would come the next day at 9 am to do the job. He also asked for another $100 to cover his gas again and get another part needed (that he never got). He has never come back since then because after that he said he went to jail for his unpaid child support. After that someone put sugar in his tank and broke his windshield. Then he was working on his truck for a week and just found out after all the motor is done for and he scrapped the truck. I offered to pick him up and drop him off for the third time and we agreed I would show up today between 9-10. I drove an hour and waited for over an hour for him to never come out. Terrible business I gave him multiple chances because I thought he was just a man hard on his luck looking to get better but he’s actually just looking to scam people. I’m sure he’ll come up with a response like on the other bad reviews that make it look like i’m an unreasonable customer but the truth is do not trust this man with anything. He will look for any way to get as much money out of you as possible and then never do the job. My car is now still sitting open on a jack with the tire off and no work done.

Did a great job getting my daughters car running again. She’s a college student and I’m 2 hours away. Diagnosed problem and then picked up parts and returned to perform repair. Stayed in communication throughout the process 👍 Very professional and knowledgeable. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Glad I called. My son goes to the same college in the fall and I will call these guys again if needed.

These guys are very professional. I had an issue with my truck and ask Mobile mechanics for a jump. But the issue was with the starter. My car broke down at home and Mobile Mechanics saved us from having to get it towed to a shop. Shaun showed up the same day that we called him and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. My car was back up and running by the next afternoon. This guy is very accommodating to the needs of his customers. He was super helpful and even came out to fix my car on a holiday when a lot of garages aren’t open. He’s kind and very fair with his pricing and payments and willing to help people however he can.
