Called them to assess a problem i was having with my air compressor, once they came out and assessed the problem they left my car on a jack, called to see what was the solution, they said i needed a new air compressor but the prices where starting at $1000 dollars at the closest stores, and the lowest he could find was for $300, i stated I found one for $200 dollars online that could be here by next week, could they come back and just end the job for the day until i get it next week and come back and fix it the next week, he replied he was on the way to a job in Nashville..... left my car on a jack for 6 hours, said they were going to be back at 10pm, arrived at 11pm and then left my fender unscrewed and hanging, also left compressor laying on the ground of my bumper with the screws in a bag in front of my car. Was gonna at least pay for the diagnostic but i guess this was free.
