I crashed my truck in the ice on the freeway. The front axle needed replacing. Molina said he could do it in 8-10 days using a salvaged front axle. I waited in a motel, it took 16 days... well ok I understand things don't go to plan sometimes and didn't complain. But when I finally took off $1800 bucks later the replacement axle broke free at the first stop sign. I limped it back to West Liberty and spent four days waiting in their shop while they fixed it on again (By this time I couldn't afford more time in the motel). Well, I made it home at last. But then I had occasion to put the truck in 4WD and BANG! The front driveshaft had stripped its splines. Because it was the WRONG AXLE, with the wrong differential ratio! The front wheels turn at a different rate to the rear wheels! They only had to read the tags... this is the dumbest mistake possible. I had to buy another front axle and driveshaft and do the whole job again at my own expense because Molina said "We can't be responsible for the failure of a salvaged part". But the part didn't fail, it was the WRONG PART Pedro! Not only that, the job of mounting the replacement axle to the truck was the most amateur hack job I've ever seen, including such wonders as extensions simply welded onto the stubs of broken high-strength steel mounting studs that had been snapped off. (Of course these failed). Missing steering assembly bolts. Brake pipes "fixed" on with zip ties! Shocking, dangerous. In the four days I spent in their filthy shop I never saw any parts cleaned, it all gets slapped together without so much as a puff of compressed air. I liked these people but their work is a disgrace and they never apologize or make amends for anything. There's no honesty or accountability to be found here. I deeply regret doing business with them. Be seeing you in court Pedro and Mirza.
