Ron and Mike were phenomenal! We were traveling from Vermont to Virginia. We had to stop in Danbury because we noticed we had a sound coming from our car. They diagnosed the issue and took care of it. We wanted to make sure we were safe to continue on our trip and they made sure to check everything to make sure we were safe. Took my car and my wife’s car here for tire installation, alignment, and an oil change. Ron has both cars riding like a dream. Also fyi if you’re thinking about calling this Monroe use extension 2 to talk to Ron or one of his associates. If anyone is thinking about buying tires, After driving on the Evoluxx and Ironman tires, I’d say both are good tires but the Ironman tires are a bit quieter on the road. Thank you Ron

Wish I could give them 6 stars!! I was halfway through a long drive to see family when my brakes started to give out, and this happened to be the nearest open mechanic. Casey and everyone here went so far out of their way to help, and kept the shop open late so they could replace my brake pads right away, even though it was a Sunday night and right before the holidays. The repairs were super fast and well done, and the price was very reasonable! I truly can't say enough good things.

I hit a pipe on the highway and my front tire blew out, I called a tow service and waited @1 hour to be towed .They took me to Monroe on Lake avenue. The gentleman working that evening was so helpful even though it was closing time! He took the time to find the right tire and balance the tire. I am so appreciative of his helpfulness!! It was a very scary event for me and he took the time to help me.

Smooth easy experience! I called ahead to confirm they had the tire I needed replaced and within 1.5 hours of that call I was already out the door no issues on a Sunday. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and inviting and accommodating considering I am very pregnant, he came to me for information instead of having me get up. If I could give it minus stars I would. I was directed to them by Carvana because I purchased the car recently. Starting with getting an appointment it was difficult almost impossible. If I was not required to use them I would have hung up and found someone else. Not sure if it was an AI operator or what but it was an awful experience. I had the car towed in it arrived around 5 pm they are open till 7. Called the next day at 11am they had not looked at it yet. They me about 5 pm and told me it was done, however the dash now had a warning message “automatic stop needs service “ ( they had just replaced the battery). Manager Jason told me they were locked out of the computer by the manufacturer they could not reset the message. I did some checking before I went to pick up my car. I found they could not reset it because they didn’t subscribe to the service available to them. Carvana should have never sent me to a service center that cannot properly diagnose and repair Chrysler products. So I go to get my car and ask Jason why they couldn’t register the battery with the cars computer in order to get the message off my dash. He told me it is not necessary to register the main battery only the auxiliary battery. Which is not true. Now after too much time for the repair to be done and being misled I need to bring the car to the dealer to get the battery registered. One last thing they could not find my key fob and kept insisting I put it in my pocket. After a search they found it under a shop rag in the garage. By the way when I picked my car up I expected the lot to be full at 10 am since my repair ( replaced a battery took days) there was only my car in the lot 2 in the bays? I would never recommend this place.

Ordered my tires from gigs tires and had Monro install them. They also took the time to check my brakes and battery. I previously made a concern to Brewster Subaru about my battery leaking acid. Subaru told me there was nothing wrong with it leaking acid. Came here today the Monro told me that the battery is no good. They told me it should never leak acid. Thank you for being thorough. The battery was placed 2 years ago and Brewster Subaru did not service my vehicle properly. Won’t be going to Brewster Subaru anymore and will be coming to Monro from now on.
