Always have such a positive experience here! I got my oil changed last month and Anna was so pleasant while I waited. Well, went to drive into work today and realized I had a flat tire. I remembered the great service I got last month at Monro and called to see if they could help me. Anna was able to get me an appointment right away and I could not be happier. Anna was as polite and helpful as she was last time and Jourdan did a great job replacing my tires. Cannot say enough positive things about the customer service and quality of the work! The brakes in my 2010 Subaru were grinding, it was Friday afternoon, and I needed to travel on Monday. I searched for a brake repair shop that was open on Saturday. Monro got better reviews than most and they were able to get me in on Saturday morning. They replaced the pads front and rear, replaced the front rotors and changed the brake fluid. Their desk operator was helpful and they explained everything. I drove the car about 50 miles today and the new brakes fell fine. I would go back to them if anything else breaks down.

Avoid. gave me a wrong diagnostics and made me pay 1700 for a repair that was useless and made the car even worse. I had to sell the car for 500 same day coz it is worth nothing after their "repair".

The customer service was terrible and I was overcharged for my brakes. I was charged the highest price. I really liked the staff that was there before. They would work with you regarding the price. I will never go to Monroe again! If I could I would put zero stars!

Sorry that there isn’t a zero star rating. Worst experience ever. Told me they’d look at a leaky tire (simple, eh?) in an hour. After 3.5 hours they took it in, and in 2 minutes had it off the rack. Told me I had a “ghost leak” (whatever that is). Never took the tire off to even look at it, just dismissed me and sent me on my way with the screw still in the tire. I’m not a mechanic, but apparently those are hard to find here as well. Photo of my “ghost leak” attached. Not hard to find if you actually look for it.

Wish there’s was a 0 star rating. Please for the safety of yourself and your family do not go here. I had my brakes serviced for the first time on my 2022 car. A couple of days later I experienced a total brake failure while traveling on the highway. LUCKILY traffic conditions allowed me to use the engine to brake until I was able to stop in a breakdown lane. It turns out the entire brake and caliper fell off of the car due to poor workmanship. I had the car towed back to muffler the next day. It took them nearly a month to fix and no refund was offered. Some of the most terrible business practices I’ve ever witnessed and straight up lies every time I asked for an update. They never once updated me, I had to call them every single time I wanted an update. I’d stay away from here. They can’t even handle a simple brake job. Their one excuse was that it was done by an employee that is no longer with them. They need to realize that the customer holds the business accountable, and not the random guy who was holding the wrench at the time. I nearly lost my life do to your poor work, and you can’t even offer a partial refund? Crazy work.

The new store manager Mustafa and the whole team were friendly and knowledgeable! Communication was consistent throughout. I'm really happy about how honest Mustafa was with me. Had come in for 2 issues but he told me only one of the "issues" was actually an issue. I would assume a place trying to take advantage of their customers would have just told me both things needed to be fixed, so Mustafas honesty here really meant a lot to me. I think this place has a bad wrap from old reviews and I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a chance under Mustafa's new management!

booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 a.m. and arrived on time. When I checked in, I greeted the front desk staff member, Domenic Gaudino, politely: “Hi, good morning, how are you doing?” His response was rude and dismissive. He did not return the greeting and immediately said, “Do you have an appointment?” His attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly from the start. I confirmed my appointment, and Dominic told me the service would take about 45 minutes. He also informed me the full synthetic oil change would cost $138.43, which I approved. Instead of 45 minutes, the service took almost two hours, causing me to miss an important meeting. No updates or explanations were provided during the delay. The next day, I checked my vehicle and discovered that the oil level was below the proper amount. This is a serious issue after a paid oil change. The technician listed was Joe, and I took photos to document the problem. I returned to the store on 02/07/2026 and spoke with the new manager, Mustafa. He was professional, respectful, and apologized, and said he would fix the issue. I appreciate his professionalism. However, between Domenic Gaudino rude behavior, the excessive wait time, the incorrect oil level, and the high cost, this experience was unacceptable. My time and money were wasted, and I should not have to double-check basic services like an oil change. Customers deserve respectful treatment and proper service.
