I was travelling from out of state and my car died near their shop. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they made room for me on Saturday morning and fixed it, even though it took many hours of labor, longer than first expected. The customer service from Matt and the team was excellent and I was able to get back home quickly and safely. Thank you!

I believe I was overcharged . There is some miscellaneous charge on my bill. Also the office guy \maybe mgr tried to insist I needed tires . $900 additional work. They did fix the initial problem . A wheel bearing. The only reason I took my car there is because they open on the weekends .

I trust Monro for ALL my auto needs. They are timely, efficient and definitely know my car. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Even the customers in the waiting room are pleasant; which let's me know that their experiences have also been positive. I've been bringing my cars there for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience. As a senior citizen, it's difficult for me to put air in my tires. I go there whenever my tires are low for air, and every time they've refused to accept payment. I feel fortunate to have this business in my neighborhood.

Takes absolutely forever to get anything done. I showed up at my scheduled time, they told me I had to wait another 30 min, 2 hours later they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. Take your car anywhere else if you value your time and money

Bought winter tires for my son’s car. After the purchase, all 4 tires leaked. Took the car back to Monro and they found 4 bad valve stems on the rims. They replaced the stems to rectify the problem. I’d like to thank Matt, Kerry, and Dee for their professionalism.

I drive a very old truck. A 1972 Ford F250. The stock rims are 16½ inches. They haven't made wheels that size in ages (decades?). I shopped around on the Internet, and went to several tire specialists, but was told that they just don't make tires that size anymore. I would need to buy different sized wheels and tires for my truck. Kerry at Monro in Hyde Park spent a lot of time with me, and eventually found brand new quality tires for me. We ordered them, and he installed them. I couldn't be happier with the service at Monro. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you!!

Kerri is amazing! He was able to squeeze me in because my brand new tire kept getting low every couple of days. He and his team got me right in and resolved the issue, a nail in the sidewall of my new tire. They replaced it and sent me on my way.

Overall I was satisfied with the service. The price was fair and the work was done promptly. However, I was not given any copies of the wheel alignment before and after printouts or of the inspection findings. I asked about the alignment printouts when I picked up the car and was told they did not print the before and after readings because their machine was upgraded that day. Upgrade or not there should have been a printout or at least a photo of the alignment screen.

From appointment to picking up my vehicle I was treated with respect kindness and professionalism...I found the prices to be very fair and the recommendations to not only be extremely on point. Not only am I extremely happy with the service but the tire choice they recomended was not only budget friendly but exactly what I was hoping for, improving the ride and comfort level in a car i already loved both of. Initially total i recieved a full set of tires and an inspection but also had all my tire pressure sensors replaced all in the exact amount of time that they quoted.
