Place was great. I called first, got a human, told me late in the day on a Friday to "come on down and they'd take care of me". Charged what they said, and didn't lose their good attitude when my specific tire gave them some trouble. I believe Alexander was manager that day and went above and beyond to make it a job well done.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I took my car in for a scheduled appointment a couple of weeks ago and although a simple alignment takes 30-45 minutes I was there for 2 1/2 hours as were many other upset customers. They had one very young looking mechanic working on many cars which I believe led to the terrible job they did on my car. The car was still not aligned so I took it back with an appointment and again only 1 mechanic and lots of cars. I told the manager that waiting 2 1/2 hours was unacceptable considering I had an appointment Manager had an attitude so I requested a refund which he denied saying if I wasn’t happy I would need to take it to another sister store. I stayed and they did the work and again car was not aligned. I demanded a refund which he reluctantly agreed to submit to corporate. I took my car to another repair shop and was informed that Mountainview did don’t do the alignment correctly which was no big surprise. The new mechanic told me that Montanview hires inexperienced individuals that they supposedly train in a few days. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend nor take my car there again. Horrible service and terrible customer service!

Horrible customer service, terrible service. Very poor job performance. I went to get an alignment, the car is like they didn’t do anything to it. No reimbursement. They didn’t even try to fix it again. On the other hand they just try to get more money by selling you tires.

Checked in with the staff for my oil change appointment. He was very efficient and courteous checking me in. I asked approximately how long it would be for my service, he said approximately one hour. A little after an hour or later, he said my car was done, he presented me with the bill, which was the same as the estimate. He also said there were no other issues with my car except for tires in the near future and he recommended a few different types. After all, very friendly and courteous service.

I went into Mountain View to look into buying new tires. Just my luck, I had run over a piece of metal on the way in! Jessica was so awesome! She helped me pick out affordable tires for my car and had my tire fixed until my new ones came in the next morning. I really appreciated her help. I will say I was disappointed the following day when I came to install my tires. My car was the only car in the bay and I waited over an hour for my car. It wasn’t until I asked what was taking so long that the man at the counter told me that they do a “full inspection” when they install tires, which was fine but when I looked out into the bay two guys were sitting (and looked to be on their phones) while my car’s hood was up and the tires were still off, over an hour later. I didn’t know it was going to take that long to get my car back. As soon as I said something to the guy at the counter, he went out to yell at the guys to “close it up” and I got my car within 10 minutes. Man seemed very annoyed that I even asked him what was taking so long—sorry man, I didn’t realize it would take almost 2 hours to get 4 tires put on. Jessica saved my experience there-she is truly the perfect example of how to treat your customers.

Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I need new tires. I just had new tires put on less then 2 and half years ago by them. When I bought them then they convinced me in getting the higher end brand of tire for improved life of the tire. They said they will last around 75k miles. Here we are 36k miles down the road and they're telling me I need new tires again. I have been up to date on all my rotations and inspections. And since I didn't buy the roadside assistance package with each tire I have no sort of warranty which they never brought up when I bought the tires. Now I have to spend another 1k plus on on tires with not even getting half the life out of these tires.

I pulled up with a flat tire not really sure what to do and Armando and his team at Mountain View tire totally helped me out quickly so I could make it back in time to pick up my kids. I appreciate their effort and efficiency. They were very kind and had great customer service, and while I was waiting in their waiting room, I observed their interactions with other customers and they were treated just as well as I was. I highly recommend!

I would advise against taking your car here. They messed up my alignment and gave me a bunch of false information in attempt to get more business. This was after I spent over $700 dollars. I had to take my car to a second location. They informed me that the alignment was definitely out. The manager there appeared confused as to what transpired at the first shop. He couldn't understand why they did what they did. I called the corporate office and they refused a refund. They are not customer focused, nor are they honest.

Fast service with reasonable prices. They found out the coolant was low and the break fluid had moisture in it. They worked with me on the price and were able to bring it down a little. The oil change and tire rotation turned into a little more than I expected, but im glad they were paying attention to these details. Great service and very good customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was travelling back home to Las Vegas from San Diego Hauling my Living Quarters Horse Trailer with my horse in it. I was on the I-15 near Wildomar when my trailer literally lost the entire wheel! I couldn't even put the spare on because the studs for the Lug nuts were broken off. I called this place because it was near by and Alexander told me to bring it in and they would do everything they could to help me. He helped guide me so we managed to get my massive trailer through the parking lot to the shop. Jerry was amazing. He looked at the situation and realized I would need a new drum to get back on the road. Alexander and Jerry made some calls and found a trailer place three miles away that had what we needed. Jerry removed the old part, we unhooked my trailer and I went to get the new part from the trailer place. When I got back he quickly installed the new part. Packed and Greased all my bearings and checked everything on all four trailer tires. While I was there since two of the tires were older we went ahead and replaced those as well. I cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen or this shop they went above and beyond for me! When I called Alexander could have said we don't work on trailers that size, he could have sent me somewhere else. He didn't! Thanks to them my trailer was fixed and my animals and I were back on the road by noon and we made it home safely!
