Oren help us out in a pinch getting our F250 running after a faulty air intake valve installation! Our truck was stuck in our driveway blocking a delivery of landscape material. We appreciated his coming after hours and his knowledgeable and quick service and expertise. He explained what he was seeing and doing and even came for a ride along to ensure the repair was working and that no other issues were hidden. Oren from Mountainside Mobile Mechanic came to our rescue from a flat steer tire on our Georgetown 35' A-class. He was so thorough to obtain the correct information from us regarding where we were located, our current tires, he also asked for photos of the rims to make sure there wasn't any damage, and he found tires that were compatible. When he arrived he was so efficient, and he also noticed that we had a small oil leak, which he instantly took care of. He was prompt, he kept in communication when he was able to obtain the tires, and when he would arrive, we can't recommend Oren highly enough!!! Thanks from Denise & Mike Wimbrow!

Oren really helped me out of a tight spot twice! I forgot to put my car in brake service mode when changing the brakes and my parking brake completely locked up. Every time I tried to disengage it pushed the caliper piston further and further. He fixed the issue, mounted my brake and made sure the computer wasn’t throwing any codes. The second time I had over tightened a lug and the bolt sheared off. I had gotten the new lug bolt halfway in but realized that I needed more tools and experience to tear into it further so I called him and he helped me out again. Oren is very professional, very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

Everything about them was a Godsend on this incident! We had jumped the vehicle and it quit. I thought we were out of gas. Called them and they brought me gas but said it already had gas so might be something else. Sure enough I got stranded. Called them again. He said it was probably the alternator. I was stuck by side of road. His biggest concern was I stay warm in below zero weather. I went into a store and they came with repairs and I was on my way in about an hour. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I had two excellent experiences with Oren over a few-day period! Pricing was very fair, he has great communication, punctual, local, and extremely knowledgeable! These guys must save the day every day, in all kinds of circumstances. I’m beyond grateful for their help! (I suspected my alternator went out but my hood latch was frozen shut, so I couldn’t even check it out). When I first called about getting my hood opened, he took notes, asked good questions, & explained important things about the alternator/battery situation. He spoke with me about 15 minutes. Already impressed! Initially, I had him come out to my house while I was gone to open my hood, as my buddy & I were going to try to replace the parts ourselves. When that didn’t pan out, I called him back & he made plans to come back. They had everything they needed & fixed my car right there in my parking spot in less than an hour! They included me in the process & showed me other things going on. What I appreciated—Oren & crew are very professional & kind. I never once felt like I was being talked-down to as a female who doesn’t know stuff about cars (even though that’s exactly what I am lol) Reach out to Oren if you find yourself in a pickle!
