Matt, the owner and associates, go above and beyond to help people with their automotive needs. He wasn't able to help me with a current issue I was inquiring about for an electronic problem on my foreign street bike. But I was witness to repairs he had performed on an elderly woman's vehicle, who had been hospitalized for a while & needed to have her vehicle restored to a reliable condition, for when she was released to go home. He performed all necessary repairs, to be in a condition of not having any worries. In addition, he made arrangements to have it delivered to her home, to be available upon her return. Doing so, with no excessive labor costs and not charging for delivering. Unfortunately, it's not the typical level of customer service you will find @ most automotive establishments. But definitely did not go unnoticed.

I was in search of a qualified tech to service my vehicle. As I was eating my lunch a nice lady at the booth next to me (who happened to over heard my phone conversation) stopped over to suggest I try Matt out. She gave me his card and said Matt was a good honest mechanic, 1 that would not do any work that does not need done and assured me he would not steer me wrong. So I said OK I'll go check him out. After finishing my lunch I pulled him up on maps and saw that he was only 6 miles way so I swung thru real quick. I spoke with Matt, described the issues I was having and showed him a few pictures. I did not have the car at issue with me at the time, but he assured me as long as I can come back by by end of day he would at the very least look at it and let me know exactly what the problem was. Now its helpful to know that the issue I was having I thought was very serious, but based on my bad pictures and description he was fairly confident it was something much easier as well as cheaper. I brought the vehicle up a few hours later, he looked at it immediately and even pulled the truck he was using the particular lift he needed off and out just to look at my car, for free. And as he had said my problem was not what I thought (and was told by other techs) it was but something at the very least more affordable. Matt took on my job which wasn't exactly a small job, but he took it on immediately and delivered within the window as promised. Now the main thing I'd like to point out here is when working on cars stuff happens, jobs rarely work out the way we want them to. Sometimes things break that was not intended when removing or replacing old worn out parts. He accidentally broke a part that he was not even working on, which was on my radiator, the only option was to replace the entire radiator. And he did so at zero charge to me, with a brand new radiator. Sure that is the right thing to do, but I can guarantee you for every 1 of him there are 10+ shops out there that would try to bend you over on that. HUGE props to Matt and Mr Automotive, 100% will return for any future services! Thank You!!
