He was super friendly on the phone and when I said I am worried about my budget he said it's okay we will work with you. I thought it was going to be 300 plus because that's what I was quoted at another place, however it was 240 including tax. Super fast.....like under an hour. I did go early in the morning but like at 9:40am and got out by 10:30. Will definitely use them again.

As a female, I’ve experienced some car shops that over charge or make up something that cost hundreds of dollars. I can’t say that with Mr. Brakes. I’ve been coming here for years and received the best service every time. He’s always honest with his prices and time. I never have to wait too long(call ahead of time to make sure he’s not too busy) and you get access to the tv that has HBO! It’s amazing! You’re silly if you don’t give Mr. Brakes a try.

Outstanding service!! was expecting to go hunting for the parts required to do the job my front brakes, but that wasn’t necessary because Wrall called around and negotiated with different suppliers to get me the best price possible. He change my front rotors and disk pads in 30min also tested the car before handing it over to me. Great service and great prices! I came in for an oil change while on vacation and the owner took the time to show me additional things that were wrong, including the date of the battery and how long I can expect it to last. He didn’t pressure me to get any work done at all while in town. He just wanted me to be aware of upcoming issues that will arise and how much I can expect it to cost when I do go to my local shop so I don’t get taken advantage of. I can honestly say I’ve never had such great customer service in my life!

I had new brakes and rotors installed, plus an oil change, on my IS250. I didn't get the name of the guy doing the work, but he showed me the pads he removed and gave me a couple of options. I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell me and my car was done in an hour. The waiting area is a good size and clean. The price I paid was much less than the dealership would've charged and I saved a few hours. I definitely recommend Mr. Brakes!!

At first I thought he was great and convenient due to him traveling to you but I soon learned my lesson. He changed my front brakes. I Heard noise a week later so I assumed it was my back brakes. And called him again when I had time. I Called him again to change my back brakes. Same day I still heard the same loud noise and he tells me it must be my front rotors and attempts to charge me full price for a whole new set of brakes and rotors. After just charging me for my back breaks which wasn’t even the issue and charging me for front breaks without telling me at the time anything about my rotor. So in total due to his mistake I have wasted $300 because the real issue was not fixed And he tried to charge me another $275 to redo my front brakes AGAIN!!

I was little hesitant to have Corey do the work for me because of a few negative reviews. Having said that, I'm also careful not to believe everything that is written. Anyway, my experience was excellent. He showed up exactly on time, he was incredibly gracious that I wanted to check the parts he was going to put on my car and it turned out they were better than the ones I would have bought for myself. He did the job super efficiently and it was literally half the price of my local mechanic. Fantastic service, brilliant price, super nice guy. Thank you. Will definitely use again and I recommend Corey very highly.
